Welcome to this meditation for Jupiter's Gift,
Expanding into Abundance.
We're going to work with that Jovian energy to expand the sense of possibility.
So I'd like you to settle in and get comfortable.
Breathe at your own pace,
But try and make your out-breath longer than your in-breath.
Let your spine lengthen.
Let your shoulders relax.
Feel the weight of your body supported by whatever is beneath you,
And let yourself be held.
Today we're working with the energy of Jupiter.
In astrology,
Jupiter is the great benefactor.
It's the planet of expansion and generosity and growth.
It's the energy that says yes.
It opens doors.
It makes the world feel larger and more full of possibility.
And here's the thing about Jupiter energy.
It responds to a willing heart.
It can't force abundance on a closed fist.
The abundance might come in other ways.
Remember,
Abundance is just more of.
But when you open your hands and your spirit says yes,
This is what Jupiter can work with.
So for now,
Relax your hands.
And if you can,
Have them open,
Facing upwards,
Ready to receive.
And take a breath.
And as you exhale,
I want you to imagine that you're setting down every reason why things can't work out.
Just for now.
And you can pick them up later if you want.
If you feel like you need to remember,
That's fine.
It's hard to let go of our conceptions.
Conceptions.
But for now,
We're just going to lay it down.
For the duration of this meditation,
You're experimenting with a different way of holding the world.
So somewhere inside you,
There is a quality of expansiveness.
It might feel unfamiliar.
It might even feel vulnerable.
But it's there.
It's the part of you that still hopes.
The part of you that still notices beauty and recognizes that it's also within you.
And in this space,
It's safe to feel that.
It's safe to acknowledge and feel the part of you that can imagine a bigger version of your life.
To find that part of you now,
Even a little flicker of it,
That is your inner Jupiter.
Breathe into that space.
I'd like to guide you into a landscape.
Somewhere vast and generous.
Perhaps it is a wide open plain under a gold sky.
Perhaps it is a forest that keeps going further than you can see.
Perhaps it is an ocean at dawn,
With the light spreading across the water with no end in generosity.
Let the image come to you naturally,
Wherever you land,
And stand in it for a moment.
Notice how the space feels in your body.
What happens to your chest when you imagine something this large,
This unhurried,
This abundant?
Is there an easing or a relief?
Do you feel slightly uncertain or unsure?
A little exposed?
Or perhaps even grief for all the time you spent in smaller spaces?
Whatever it is,
Let that be.
Let yourself feel it.
The vastness is not the fantasy.
It's your natural scale.
Scarcity is the thing that was taught.
Abundance is the thing you return to.
And into this landscape,
Something arrives.
A gift or an opportunity or an unexpected opening.
It's different for everyone.
You don't need to decide or know what it is.
You just need to notice your relationship to it arriving.
Is there excitement,
Relief,
Or disbelief?
Let all of it be present.
Whatever that new open abundance is,
As slowly and deliberately as you can,
Reach out and take it.
You're not snatching or grasping as though it's going to go.
You're receiving in the acknowledgement that it is yours.
With open hands and full breaths,
And the quiet knowledge that you are allowed to have good things.
And as we return,
Bring the quality of that landscape with you.
You don't leave it behind because it's not outside you.
It's always inside you.
Jupiter's energy says there is more than enough.
There's room for your growth and everyone else's.
Someone else's abundance doesn't diminish yours.
The field is vast.
It has always been vast.
You're just stepping into your share of it now.
Take a last full breath,
And let go.
And slowly,
When you're ready,
Welcome yourself back to your physical space.
And as you wiggle fingers and toes,
Open your eyes.
Maybe you can feel a little of that energy still in your palms.
And remember that abundance that's always within you.
That Jupiterian expanse is part of you.
