You can always grab a partner as we are now.

And then when you're ready,
Interlace hands behind the back of the body,
Reach the arms down and back and open up through the chest.
Maybe lift the gaze slightly,
Press the hands down and back.
And a releasing And now we come on to our partner.
So Nikki's going to face away from me.
And she'll have her feet hip distance apart.
I'll take my left foot forward,
Right foot back or the other way around.
It doesn't matter.
I'm going to take hold of Nikki's wrist.
So around the outside of the wrist.
And Nikki is going to slowly lean forward without sticking at her bum.

I'm slightly leaning back,
So I'm not using my shoulders to lift.
I'm using my body weight to lift.
And lifting our arms up,
Stretching through the backs of the shoulders.
And releasing.

So my feet hip distance apart,
Nikki's feet one foot in front of the other,
Taking hold of the outside of the wrist.
I'm slightly leaning forward as Nicky's lifting my hands.
