Hello beautiful soul and welcome to your all is well meditation.
Whenever you're feeling like you need a reminder that all is well,
You can come back to this space.
Wherever you are,
Get yourself situated whether it's sitting up or lying down.
And when you're ready,
You can flutter your eyelids closed or you can keep them open and just soften your gaze.
We'll begin by taking three deep breaths in,
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
So take your first deep breath in,
In through the nose.
And let it go through your mouth.
Again,
In through your nose.
And then out through your mouth.
And last one like this in through your nose.
And then let it go through your mouth.
Beautiful.
Now let yourself breathe easy.
And bring your hands if they're available to the center of your chest,
One over the other.
Breathing easy in through the nose and out through the nose.
Feel the rising and falling of your chest.
Allow your shoulders to drop.
And allow the muscles of your face and your scalp and your neck to all relax.
Gently,
Ever so gently,
Drop your awareness into the space behind your hands.
Your heart center.
And perceive or imagine or feel what this area feels like in your body.
And just for a few moments,
Turn your attention,
Your witness completely to this space.
As you inhale,
Feel your chest rise up to meet your palms.
And as you exhale,
Feel your palms anchor over your chest.
Here in this moment,
My sweet friend,
Whatever's occurring in the world or in your environment,
Or even in your inner world,
Your inner environment,
We have the power to slow it right down.
And to be right here.
You may feel your heartbeat under your hands.
You may feel your mind relax.
Like unclenching mental muscles.
And as we witness this space,
Allow your breathing to drop lower into your belly.
Gently shift your hands if they're over your chest to rest over your abdomen.
And as you breathe in and out easy,
Feel your abdomen rise and fall.
And now as if someone was pouring nectar over your head,
Imagine the words,
All is well,
Cascading over your hair and head.
And over the sides of your face and down the back of your neck and over your shoulders.
And the energy of these words,
All is well.
Cover you as you breathe in and out.
And as you inhale,
You invite the energy in to the center of your being.
And as you exhale,
You release any resistance to the possibility that all is well.
You can raise one of your hands to the center of your chest like I have.
Or you can keep them both on your belly.
We'll close with three deep breaths in.
Again,
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
Take a nice deep breath in through your nose.
And let it go through your mouth.
Again,
In through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
And when you're ready,
My friend,
Release your hands from your body.
You can place them on your lap or at your sides.
And if your gaze was soft or your eyelids closed,
You may flutter them open.
And take a moment to let yourself relax.
Rest here and now in the knowing that you're carried,
That you're safe,
And that you can always return home.
I'm Amanda Dollinger.
It was my honor to meditate with you today.
All is well.
