You can just become aware of the body.
And when you become aware of the body,
You might notice any areas of tension,
Clusters of holding on.
Chronic neuromuscular tension.
And maybe along with a couple of deep inhales and exhales,
You can allow these pockets to possibly release.
Maybe soften just a little bit.
Or maybe totally let go completely.
You can also allow the eyes to close for a little bit.
If that feels right.
That didn't work.

Nothing really to say.
Kind of nice when you don't have to say anything.
To be in someone's presence and to not have to say something.
Approve something.
Or have an opinion.
Or a judgment.
There's a whole lot of judgment,
So it's kind of nice to just not feed that and to feed the opposite or the lack of opposition.
Maybe just a little bit longer here to allow everything to be exactly as it is.
Including yourself.
Maybe just for 30 seconds.
Of your whole day.
