Seeing Clearly: A Yoga Nidra for the Third Eye Chakra (Ājñā)
With Leslie DMello
The third eye chakra, Ājñā, is the center of perception, insight, and inner clarity. It governs our ability to see beyond surface appearances, to discern without overthinking, and to trust what we know when the mind becomes quiet.
In modern life, imbalance at this center often shows up as mental fatigue, constant analysis, decision overwhelm, or difficulty accessing intuition. We consume information endlessly, yet clarity can feel elusive.
This 60-minute experiential event invites you to explore Ājñā not as a place to “visualize” or concentrate harder, but as a space of seeing that opens when effort softens.
We begin with a short teaching on the third eye chakra — its role in the subtle body, its relationship to awareness and perception, and how clarity arises not through more thinking, but through inner stillness.
You will then be guided into a deeply restful Yoga Nidra practice, where rotation of awareness, subtle breath perception, and inner-space (Chidakasha) imagery invite the mind to settle. A gentle vibrational imprint of the seed mantra OM is woven in, allowing insight to emerge naturally from silence.
The session concludes with a reflective poem, offering integration beyond the practice — a way to carry clarity into daily life.
All levels welcome. No prior experience necessary.
