A Shared Meal: Practicing Mindful Eating Together as a Group

This is a shared space in which we come together to eat mindfully as group. I’ll be eating with you and offering occasional soft reminders to support awareness of what’s happening in the body and mind as we eat. You’re invited to bring any meal you’d like to enjoy. :) No experience in mindful eating needed.
