Gentle Yoga And Myofascial Release

You'll use various props to gently invite the myofascial release of tension and tightness in different areas of your body, including your neck, shoulders, back and hips to allow greater ease and openness in your body, breath, and mind. Improve your range of motion and energy flow. All Levels welcome. Variations and modifications are offered. (1 hour practice) Suggested Props: 2 Blocks, 2 Blankets, 1 Tennis Ball or other type of therapy Ball, and Water to drink 💜
