Join me with a cup of ceremonial cacao for a beautiful heart opening ceremony and meditation. After our ceremony we will be exploring a new creative writing activity ‘Notes From The Book I’m In’. This is a fun, whimsical and literary approach to journaling. Bring along a journal/notebook, pen and your imagination. Note: I recommend using a thermos to keep your cacao warm until we start the ceremony.
