Cultivating Calm (Presence & Poetry) [Copied]
With Aloha Jacqueline (Soul Medicine)
“Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I’ll meet you there.” — Rumi.
Hello and welcome: This is an invitation to join me in the field of presence. This guided experience has two parts, and you’re welcome to join only the first, or stay for both.
We’ll begin with a self-connection guided meditation — an invitation to arrive in this body, this breath, this moment. Through gentle attention, sensing, and feeling, we’ll slow down and meet ourselves as we are, allowing clarity and inner listening to emerge naturally.
After the meditation, I’ll offer an optional second part: a space for poetic integration. This is an invitation to let what’s been touched take form through self-expression — a gentle weaving of words that can help anchor insight, meaning, or felt sense into your lived experience. There’s no pressure to write, share, or perform. Listening is equally welcome. If you’d like to explore this, you’re welcome to bring a pen and notebook.
Please note: This is not therapy, coaching, or a class. There’s nothing to fix or achieve. Everything here is optional, and you’re invited to follow your own rhythm and capacity.
Your donations support the sustainability of these offerings and allow this work to continue. Thank you.
