Our calming monthly practice will help settle the mind, relax the body, and support the nervous system as we remember that we absolutely deserve time to rest and recharge. Come as you are. There’s nothing to prepare for or no fancy skills required … All you need is the desire to take care of yourself with a little time for a mindful “chill pill.”
