Qigong, Yin Yoga & Meditation - Slow & Healing

Come fill your cup with this 60 minute class. This week we will stretch through the front of our HIPS, LEGS and TORSO while we nourish our Stomach & Spleen meridians. This helps us balance our Earth Element. We will explore WORRY & ANXIETY. Please have a snuggly blanket, bolster, pillow, 2 yoga blocks and 2 tennis balls (or equivalent) ready for practice together.
