Mindful Monday - Continuing Mindfulness Practice Sangha
With Jennifer Miller
Our Mindful Monday sangha/community has been practicing meditation together since September 2016. Join us on Mondays from 9:00 am to 9:30 am. Dr. Jennifer Miller—a certified mindfulness teacher and Clinical and Consulting Psychologist—leads the meditations.
Group Format:
9:00 Welcome and short centering/arrival practice
9:05 Longer mindfulness practice (15-20 minutes) including—seated meditation, movement/gentle yoga, walking meditation, etc.
9:25 Discuss the practice and opportunities to share your experiences with the practice and mindful living in general.
Practices include: breath meditation, somatic awareness, walking meditation, mindful movement, mindful self-compassion, insight meditation, and much more.
