A guided meditation & breathwork practice for busy women navigating work, life and perimenopause/menopause. This live midweek reset is a supportive pause for women over 40 who are juggling work, responsibilities and the physical and emotional shifts of midlife.
Designed especially for women in the workplace or demanding roles, this 30-minute session offers a calm, grounding space to step away from the noise of the week, regulate the nervous system and reconnect with self. Whether you’re managing brain fog, fatigue, overwhelm, disrupted sleep, or simply feeling stretched too thin, this session is here to help you reset mentally, physically and emotionally, so you can move through the rest of your week with more clarity and ease.
Grounded in workplace wellness principles and holistic wellness, this session blends breathwork, guided meditation and rest. Whist the session is particularly supportive for women at work, this space is open to ANY woman who needs a midweek pause.
Find a comfortable space, bring a cushion, a blanket (not essential) and the intention to rest and reset.
