Women’s Wellness Retreat - Embrace Yourself – A Sacred Women’s Beach Retreat Join us for a nourishing weekend by the ocean designed to help women reconnect with their bodies, hearts, and inner wisdom. This intimate retreat blends yoga, meditation, sound, sacred sharing, and joyful embodiment practices to create a supportive space for healing, reflection, and authentic connection. Across three immersive days, we will gather in circle to set intentions, practice mindful listening, and explore tools for emotional and spiritual healing such as gratitude journaling, guided meditation, and reflective writing. Daily yoga practices—from gentle flows to heated sessions—support the body in releasing tension while reconnecting to breath and vitality. Through powerful group experiences including mantra chanting, heart-opening ceremonies, cacao or drum circle gatherings, and sacred sound meditations, we will deepen into presence and collective energy. Guided circles invite honest conversations around women’s wellness, sexuality, self-care, and life transitions, offering space for learning, support, and empowerment. Time is intentionally woven throughout the retreat for rest, beach walks, sauna, meditation, and simply being—allowing the body and nervous system to integrate the experience.
