For this meditation it's more beneficial for you to be laying down so that you can fully feel,
Release,
Relax as we process whatever is going to come through the subconscious during this time.
So go ahead and find a comfy position and when you're ready settle into stillness and take three deep breaths in through the nose with an open mouth exhale.
Normalize your breathing in and out of your nose.
Relax your jaw.
Relax the muscles around your eyes.
Feel your shoulders drop down.
Release any tension from your belly.
And just notice the breath that you're taking.
How on your inhales your body expands.
And on the exhales your body contracts and releases.
Now notice the support that whatever it is you're laying on is providing you.
And try to drop just 10% more into this support.
Allowing your body to just feel really heavy.
Now go ahead and scan your body.
Just notice where you're still feeling tension.
And now you can use your breath to break up this tension by telling your breath where to go in your body.
And just imagine that your breath has the ability to break up this tension into tiny little particles.
Go ahead and do this now with any areas that need your attention.
And now imagine that there's a vacuum at your feet and this vacuum is pulling out all of those particles of tension.
And as it releases you notice your body just melts.
Now I want you to become aware of a magic carpet that's right next to you.
Go ahead and step on this magic carpet and it's gonna bring you above your home,
Above your city,
Above your state and drop you into your favorite place in nature.
It's lowering you down and you're stepping off.
And just notice what you see here.
Where are you?
Notice the sounds,
The smells,
The feeling here.
And enjoy being in this space.
Up ahead there's a path that's leading into a forest.
Go ahead and start walking down this path.
Noticing the animals scurrying around on the forest floor,
The sun peeking through the trees warming your back.
Up ahead you'll notice this massive tree with a door at the bottom of it.
Go ahead and walk up to this tree and open this door and see the stairs leading down inside.
And as you look down you can see that there's a light at the bottom.
Go ahead and start walking down these stairs towards this light.
There's about five stairs left.
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
And you're at the bottom and you're in this room filled with all of your favorite things.
Just go ahead and take a look around and notice what you see here.
Notice that there's pictures of some of your favorite moments of your life hung up around you.
Just notice what's here.
Notice if anything here is surprising you,
Making you feel emotions.
Now in the corner you'll notice that there's another door and behind this door is a corridor of more doors.
And the work that we're doing here is we're just gonna see what your subconscious mind wants you to remember about yourself in this moment.
Something that you may have forgotten about that could help you at this time.
So whenever you're ready you can open this door into the corridor of doors.
And as you walk in you're gonna be looking for the door that has a golden light coming through the crack at the bottom.
So go ahead and walk down this corridor and find the door with the golden light.
Once you've found the door just know that whatever is behind this door you can come back into this corridor of doors at any point in time.
You can go back to that room with all of your favorite things.
It's like an anchor for you.
When you're ready you can go ahead and open the door and walk inside.
Just notice what's around you.
Do you see a version of yourself here?
If you do see yourself you can go ahead and try and make contact.
And just ask what do you want me to know here?
Allow this scene to continue to unfold.
You can continue staying in this space if you feel that's what you need.
If you're ready to move on think this version of yourself.
Give them a hug and then go back into the corridor of doors.
And look around and notice if there's another door with that golden light.
If you don't see one that's okay.
Your subconscious just wanted you to get that message.
That one message.
But if you do see another light now go ahead and go over to that door.
We're gonna do the same thing with this door.
When you're ready you can go ahead and walk in and allow the scene to unfold.
Notice if there's a different version of you here and you can talk to them.
And when you feel as though this is complete think this version of yourself and head back to the corridor of doors.
And see just one last time if there is another door that would like you to open it.
And if there's not that's okay you can go ahead and finish this meditation.
But if you do see another golden light here go and find that door and open it when you're ready.
Walk inside and allow this scene to unfold and connect with this version of you who wants your attention at this time.
And when this feels complete thank this version of you.
And then take a moment to really thank this version of you.
The version of you right here right now in this moment for giving yourself this in this practice.
You can go ahead and start to wiggle your fingers and your toes and come on back.
