Begin to settle and relax your body into any comfortable position.
Close or cover your beautiful eyes.
Relax your jaw,
Ease all tension.
Let yourself be surrounded by a cocoon of safety,
Of peace and love.
This is your time and your space,
Allow all of your energy to land in this precious now.
Bring all of your attention to your breath,
Notice the sensations and the temperature of the air as it flows in and as it flows out.
Now bring your awareness into your womb space.
If you feel called you can place one or both hands to rest here in any way that feels good.
You can also bring the hands into yoni mudra,
The thumbs touching at your navel center,
The index fingers connecting below,
Forming a downward facing triangle shape over your womb space.
Breathe into your womb and feel any sensations here.
Tune in to the sacred flow of womb blood that now blesses your body.
Feel the grounds beneath you and sense your inner river flowing down through your yoni to kiss the Earth Mother.
Begin to imagine that within your womb is a vibrant red rose that contains the sacred wisdom and mysteries of the Divine Feminine and fills your womb with radiant unconditional love.
Breathe into this vision.
Sense the stream of womb blood like a cascade of rose petals falling softly to the Earth.
Deepen your inhale,
Feeling your low belly rise and expand,
And exhale out of a soft open mouth,
Allowing any sounds to release with effortless ease.
You may wish to make deep,
Letting your wild shakti power emerge and freely express.
As you breathe in,
Imagine sipping the air up through your vaginal canal to your womb as she opens to receive sacred nourishment.
And as you breathe out,
Feel your womb cleansing and releasing,
Shedding the old into the Earth.
Each inhalation,
The red rose blooms open,
Drinking the nectar of life.
Each exhale,
The petals fall,
Carrying away anything no longer serving you,
Down to the womb of Mother Gaia as an offering of love.
As you envision,
Feel,
And trust in this process,
Simply let yourself fall into a cyclical rhythm of deep breaths,
Each one flowing effortlessly and fluidly into the next.
Release all thinking or trying.
Let yourself be breathed.
Allow your breathing to soften a bit,
And notice what you feel.
Tune deeper into the vast oceanic space within your womb,
The silent stillness within which infinite wisdom and truth is accessible to you.
Rest,
Listen,
Open,
And receive the mysteries of your womb,
Of your yoni,
Of your blood,
And connect to a sense of heartfelt gratitude for the magic of your menstruation.
Give thanks for this sacred red rose of release and renewal.
With one hand still resting on your womb,
Bring the other to touch over your heart,
Holding yourself,
And just rest for a moment,
Noticing how you feel.
As you ease into the outer worlds,
Be kind and gentle with yourself.
Give space for rest and integration,
Journal if you wish to reflect,
And allow your precious womb to be your guide as you journey forth.
