Welcome to Be With Melinda.

This meditation is an invitation to meet the places within you that still ache.

Not to fix them,

Not to hide them,

But to honor them as sacred teachers.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in and let it go.

Feel the body soften into the present moment.

Each breath brings you closer to truth.

The truth that your wound is not your weakness,

It's a doorway.

Somewhere inside there is a tender place that still remembers pain.

Maybe it was love withheld,

A loss,

A betrayal,

Or a dream that never arrived.

Instead of turning away,

Turn toward it now,

Gently and bravely.

Let it show you what it has carried.

Whisper to it quietly,

I see you,

You matter,

You shaped me.

Breathe into that space and imagine light entering the wound.

Not to erase it,

But to reveal its wisdom.

Every scar holds a story of survival.

Every ache carries a hidden strength.

You are the keeper of that alchemy.

Let this light expand,

Not as perfection,

But as presence.

Honor the wound as a sacred opening,

A place where compassion and courage were born.

Honor it as proof that you have lived deeply,

Felt fully,

And loved fiercely.

With your next breath,

Bring a hand to your heart.

Say silently,

My healing is holy.

My past is part of my power.

I honor what shaped me and I choose to live open.

Let that truth rest in your body.

Let peace settle in the spaces once guarded.

You are whole,

Not in spite of what broke you,

But because you dared to face it.
