Welcome to Be With Melinda,
A place for soul restoration and healing on all levels.
The level we are working on today is called Yechida.
This meditation is called Rooted in Shekhinah,
Point of Oneness.
Find a comfortable position where your body feels completely at ease.
Close your eyes.
Feel the breath moving in and out,
Steady and alive.
Yechida is the indivisible spark of your soul.
The Nekudah El Yonah,
The highest point that has never been separate from the Divine.
In the Tree of Life,
Yechida is not within the structure.
It is above the tree,
Beyond Keter,
El Yonah,
The Supreme Crown.
It's infinite and unbound.
Yet it mirrors itself inside you,
Resting also in the deepest center of your heart.
Feel this point above your crown,
A radiant star just beyond your reach.
And simultaneously sense its twin flame inside your heart's core.
This is Yechida.
One point,
Two homes.
Inhale,
Letting the breath flow from the heart up to the crown above your head.
Exhale,
Letting the light from the crown pour back down into your heart.
With each breath,
You're weaving heaven and heart together into a single thread of oneness.
Imagine a single point of light,
Infinitely bright yet gentle,
Above you.
Step into that light.
Let it absorb you completely.
Here there is no I and you.
No before and after.
Only Echad,
The One.
Shekhinah's presence.
Here Shekhinah is not beside you.
She's not around you.
She is you.
Your breath is her breath.
Your being is her being.
There is no distinction.
Stay here for a few breaths.
Resting in what always was and always will be.
Silently or aloud,
Repeat after me.
I am one with the Holy One.
I am one with all that is.
The spark within me is eternal.
Shekhinah and I are one.
Begin to bring awareness back to your body.
Your hands,
Your feet,
Your breath.
You carry the Yechidah within you always.
It is the truth of who you are.
When you're ready,
Open your eyes.
You've returned from the realm of Echad,
The Oneness.
Carrying its light into your daily life.
May the remembrance of your eternal union with the Divine be your comfort,
Your courage,
And your joy.
Amen.
