My name is Cindy Boyce and this audio class is about making peace with decisions and actions made in the past.
Feel free to take down notes of anything you'd like to have as a reference for later use.
There will be a short mini healing meditation that I'll guide you through to help release regrets in your life after the audio class.
Today I will talk about the idea of not having regrets in your life.
In your life,
In various situations,
You have always done the very best you could do under the circumstances.
So don't blame yourself for things that didn't turn out in your favor or didn't give you the outcome that you wanted when you know that you did your best with the information that you had at the time.
Have peace of mind knowing that if you had more information then and knew better that you would have done better.
So let it go.
That concludes the audio session and now we will do a guided mini healing meditation to help release regrets in our life.
Sit down somewhere comfortable,
Relax and close your eyes and take in these words and feel it.
I can let go of all the things I did not have control of in the past.
I choose to move forward doing what I need to do as I need to do it knowing that I do my best in every moment presented to me.
I choose to let go of any regrets from the past because the past is the past and I do not choose to carry that burden along with me.
I continue to do my best every day in the present and in the future.
Now take a deep breath in and exhale it all out.
