Sit in a comfortable position.
Place your hands on your lap or chair,
Whichever feels more relaxed to you.
If you are good,
You can keep your hands in Dhyan Mudra or facing upwards or in folded hand position.
Gently close your eyes and leave all thoughts and worries behind.
Just follow my voice carefully with full attention and try to visualize whatever I am telling you.
Focus on the point at the center of your eyes on your forehead.
Try to visualize a small point of light emerging from inside you,
Glowing on your forehead.
See it shining like a brightest star in the sky.
The white glowing light is cleaning and purifying your mind.
All your sorrows,
Curing your illness and making everything bright,
Further spreading down to your chest.
Light around you is slowly dissolving and sparkling light on your forehead is being absorbed in your body.
Gently open your eyes.
Take a moment of pause.
