That you have to find your way through this human life.

From inside this reality,
That feeling actually makes sense.
Because everything here appears separate.
There's a space between you and me.
There's a space between me and this computer.
There's a space between me and the tree outside.
There is a space.
Between my body and yours.
And so,
Our human senses keep telling us.

And you begin over there,
And everything in between is just empty space.
But is it?
What if it is simply one of the greatest illusions of this reality?
What if this space between you and me,
Around you,
Around me,
Is anything but empty?
What if it's filled with energy,
With information,
With consciousness?
And what if there are in that space beings vibrating at another frequency range?
Beyond your human sight.
That know you.

Beings that have been part of your human journey long before you arrived here on this planet.
And that are still part of your journey now.
And water.

If I told you that your decision to come here in this human life was never yours alone.
That it was a team decision,

The frequency of our spirit family.

Let me take you along into the talk.
We've spoken about the very limited bandwidth that we perceive here in this human form.
We see such a tiny part of what actually exists.
And because we don't see what is around us.
We assume it isn't there.
That's such a human thing to do.
I can't see it.
Therefore it doesn't exist.
Human science,
Anyone?
But even within our own physical reality,
We already know that it isn't true.
There are frequencies you don't see,
Information you don't consciously perceive.
Signals moving around you all the time.
Of course.
Wi-Fi,
We can't see that either.
But it is there,
We all know.
It's all energy and information,
It's all consciousness.
And within that much larger field beyond what we can see with our physical eyes.
There are forms of support around you.
Your spirit family is around you.
What is your spirit family?
Well,
To understand that,
I'd love to zoom out a little bit.
Because if we immediately ask,
Who is my spirit family,
Who are they?
We might start to imagine a group of people floating around us.
And I want to go one step further back.
Who are you really?
What are you made of?
Where do you come from?
And how did you come into this experience?
Because when we start from that point of departure,
That point of origin,
Spirit Family starts to make sense.
Well,
Create a source.
Create a source at the center of this universe.
Is the entire universe.
Created every aspect of it.
And creation expresses itself.
Through three fundamental forms of energy.
Mind energy.
Spirit energy.
Physical energy.
Mind energy.
The mind.
Of Creator.
The mind of Saur.
It is the thought of Creator that creates,
With his powerful,
Focused,
Laser-beam-focused attention.
And creative power.
It is a thought that creates our reality.
Mind energy.
Is this laser-focused energy.
That creates powerfully everything within this universe.
Then you have the spirit energy of the heart.
That's what we call the Divine Mother.
Has nothing to do with any human mother.
It's simply Or simply.

It's that energy.
That energy that carries all of creation.
That connects all of creation.
That is the breath.
Of all of creation.
And we have physical energy that is able to manifest in physical form.
Might be a human form.
Might be a spirit form,
Might be a planet,
A star,
A galaxy.
It's all physical manifestation.
Of the same source.
They are all physical expressions of the same One Source.
All those different forms of intelligent life.
All of it exists within the same larger energetic fabric.
And you are created from that fabric.
In your own unique configuration of those three energies.
Some beings have a little bit more mind energy.
Have a little bit more of that focus,
That clarity,
That direction,
That power.
Some beings.
Have a little bit more of that heart center.
Carrying principle.
That we call the spirit energy.
And some have a little bit more of the physical energy,
The capacity to bring something into form.
To manifest.
To make something physical.
Your unique configuration is your energetic makeup.
And it matches the work that you do as a divine being.
It matches.
What you came to experience.
In the divine essence that you truly are.
But it's also as a reflection what you came here to do in this human life.
What you came to develop,
What you came to contribute.
Well,
And if you understand this,
You can actually begin sensing this in people.
The human form is a hologram from that larger field.
That consciousness.
So through the human form.
You can start to sense.
Through the heart.
And get a glimpse of what the divine being behind that human hologram is.
Really is about.
Some people carry a lot of spirit energy.
And then you can feel the openness,
The spaciousness,
The warmth.
The feel.
Other people.
Have more of this mind energy,
This strong,
Powerful,
Direct clear energy.
Very focused.
And others carry enormous physical energy.
They bring things into form.
Yeah,
I was feeling for myself,
What is my configuration?
Yeah.
Well.

Yeah,
I feel more of this kind of a cloud,
Warm embrace energy flowing through my voice.
Giving this sense of,
Well,
Relaxation,
Safety calm.
It's a breath.
It's being caring.
The arms of Divine Mother.
Like a cloud of energy and blanket of love.
Being wrapped around you.
But at the same time.
As a manifesting generator.
I can also feel this enormous physical energy to actually create and bring things into this physical reality.
What is it with you?
What is your configuration?
That's a nice question.
To ask yourself.
To find out.
Nobody is meant to have everything in perfect balance anyway.
That isn't the point.
You came with a configuration that matches your unique experience.
Who you really are,
What your divine work is here,
What your development is,
What your divine purpose is.
So you are not here to become everything.
You have chosen the exact right configuration for this incarnation.
So that you are perfectly equipped.
To live your divine purpose.
And to remember who you truly are.
And perhaps in another experience,
In another lifetime,
You develop something else.
This configuration is who you really are and it is also part of this human experience.
Part of this human journey.
And now we come to the part that matters for today.
Because you came forth from Creator in this unique configuration.
Creator created you with a unique purpose.
A unique place within the entire universe,
Within creation.
And you were not created alone.
You were created as part of a group.
A group consciousness.
With a related energetic configuration.
A related function,
A related purpose.
This group.
Is your original energetic lineage.
And that original group.
Is what I refer to as we speak about Spirit Family.
Spirit family from Soar.
The group of beings.
You were created with.
Together.
As a group consciousness.
This group consciousness is unique.
And within that group.
You are completely unique.
You have your own subtle configuration.
Within the bigger group configuration.
Which has in turn its own unique configuration in relation to the rest of creation and the whole of the universe.
You have your own contribution,
Your own role.
And still you are part of the larger feel.
The bubble,
Within the bubble,
Within the bubble.
Speak about it a lot.
All those bubbles.
Yeah,
There you are.
Your health.
Within a larger bubble,
Within a larger consciousness.
This is your spirit family.
This is home.
This is home.
And the beautiful thing is that everything affects everything,
Everything influences everything.
When you grow,
When you expand your consciousness,
The entire family grows.
And the other way around is just the same.
When a spirit family member of yours grows,
You grow.
You contribute.
To the consciousness of your entire spirit family.
And as you do.
Your entire spirit family contributes to the consciousness growth and the expansion of the universe.
Yes.
Your human life might seem deeply individual.
But it isn't.
It has never been isolated.
It is always part.
Of a way bigger plan.
As you grow.
The entire group.
And so as a group.
You make decisions about experiences.
What do we want to explore?
What do we want to develop?
Do we want to contribute to the expansion?
Of the universe.
And one of those experiences,
There you are.
Can be the human incarnation.
And I really,
Really want you to hear this,
To let this sink in.
Your decision to incarnate as a human.
Was not an individual decision.
It was a group-supported decision.
It's a team effort.
It's a team agreement.
You decided this.
Together.
And then the rolls were distributed.
Some incarnated in human form,
Just like you and me,
Of course.
And some stayed very close to the earth plane,
But remained in spirit form.
And others are positioned at broader level.
At the earth grid.
At the galaxy.
And at your original point of origin,
At Source.
It is one connected network.
It's a chain of consciousness.
Distributing the consciousness of your spirit family throughout the entire universe.
Throughout all those frequency layers,
Layers of density.
So that you in the most dense and incarnated form.
Are still connected in any moment to the highest frequency of source.
All of your spirit family members are holding this network for you.
They are holding your sacred space.
They are holding it from Source,
At the center of the universe,
Throughout the galaxy.
Throughout the planetary system.
Throughout the Earth grid.
Within this human realm.
And there you are.
In this physical form.
You are holding this one network.
And as you start to remember who you really are,
And connect to this network.
You are activating the configuration of your entire spirit family,
Of this entire group.
And this is so powerful.
This is your purpose.
This is why you have this physical body and this physical brain.
To ignite.
This configuration.
To remember it.
Consciously.
And to open up to it.
Huh.
And in order for you to remember to wake up.
This team is here to support you.
You are not the only one involved in it.
Your support is positioned all around you and around your experience.
You are that part of one chain,
One circuitry,
One coordinated support field.

Wow,
You incarnated within a coordinated support network.
Can you feel it?
Can you feel the joy?

You are never alone.
And as I speak these words,
I really feel the joy of this entire network.

A wave of joy flowing through your entire spirit family?
We can start to connect consciously now.
Now it will be an entire different ballgame.
Wow yes so then what is awakening?
We often talk about awakening as remembering who you are.

Of course.
But now we can also see this other layer.
Awakening is reconnecting the circuitry.
Reconnecting to source,
Reconnecting with your higher consciousness,
With your original divine essence.
And it is also reconnecting.
With this entire circuitry.
Of your original energetic lineage.
It's reconnecting.
With your spirit family.
And what you are doing in this human form is consciously restoring access.
To this original system.
Plugging back in.
Activating it.
As you connect the source to that frequency,
To the 700,
34 Hz and higher.
You are igniting.
This entire network.
It was there all along.
And it will be there.
All the time you need it.
For this purpose.
But as you connect.
You ignite it at a level that is unprecedented.
Oh,
The joy,
The joy,
The joy of coming home.
Of really accessing that circuitry.
So that the unique energy and frequency of Source.
In the unique configuration of this team,
This group.
Can really,
Really start to flow through every one of you.

So as you reconnect more deeply to Source,
As your frequency changes,
As you become clearer,
You regain access to more of that support circuitry.

Multiple beings are supporting you simultaneously.
And it's all becoming activated.
Through you.
This was your contribution to the consciousness growth of your entire team,
Of your entire Spirit Family.
You are the one living it in human form in this lifetime.
And maybe other lifetimes.
You switch role.
And therefore you are so much being supported,
Loved,
Held,
Guided,
While you live it.
Congratulations,
You are doing it.
And can you feel it?
Last time we spoke about our guidance system.
We talked about the relationship between the human you and your higher consciousness and how you can write your own guidance agreement.
It was all about aligning your mind channels,
Asking,
Receiving the guidance,
Learning your own language.
And become a clear receiver.
Your spirit family is part of this larger guidance architecture.
You have your higher consciousness and Source,
Divine Father,
Creator,
Talking to you.
Through your feelings,
Through your emotions.
But you have also right here with you your spirit family.
It is so interconnected,
Because your higher consciousness is part of that family.
And your human projection,
Your human experience,
That human hologram.
Is also part of it.
It is such a large field of information that you are part of.
And of course,
Here we are with this tiny human brain trying to download the information from the entire universe into your nervous system at once.
Well,
That doesn't work.
That wouldn't be spiritual enlightenment,
That would be an overkill,
An overload.
So that also goes for the communication with your spirit family.
It is subtle.
And I know.
We so long for this dramatic appearance.
At least I did.
Why can't someone just appear at the end of my bed so I really,
Really know that they are here?
Here I am.
I'm your spirit guide,

Just call me this,
Ask me anything,
I'll show you what to do.
There you go.
Here are the answers.
Wouldn't that be fantastic?
But imagine.
If that actually happened before your nervous system was ready.
I guess you,

Let's speak for myself,
I would be terrified.
Overwhelmed.
I guess that our entire human system would have to process something completely outside of its normal bandwidth.
And I remember very clearly,
At the beginning of my own awakening process,
I wanted to see more.
I learned that someone said,
Wow,
I see pictures,
I see whole movies,
I see those things.
And I thought,
Why don't I see it more clearly?
Am I not allowed to see?
Why can't I see it?
Well,
I guess I could say,
But I still didn't believe it myself.
The answer that came to me was very interesting.
You can't see.
But it won't help you at this point of your process.
To see more.
Can be pretty nasty outside.
That's also true.
It's not only your spirit family being there in that bandwidth of this invisible light.
There are tons of other beings floating around.
Not always a pretty sight.
So the information I got was you are really shown what supports you in your process.
And not what gets you stuck.
But also,
I was invited to let go of the belief system that I didn't see anything.
I see very clearly.
Do I trust myself?
Do I trust my spirit family?
Do I trust my higher self?
This trust points me at the blocks in my own system.
Which I'm invited to relay.
And as you release those belief systems,
Those limiting beliefs,
You start to open up.
You start to connect to who you really are.
Your frequency rises,
You expand.
And as you expand,
As you connect more deeply to Source,
To that frequency of 734 Hz and higher,
As your old blocks start to clear and as your nervous system becomes more regulated.
Then your brain also becomes capable of processing a wider bandwidth.
And then more clarity comes in.
It's not a race,
There are no fixed timelines.
You don't have to become clairvoyant tomorrow.
You don't have to hear voices.
You don't have to have dramatic experiences.
This knowing unfolds through direct experience,
Little by little.
This is how trust grows.
Maybe you start to feel something today.
Then you get a thought next week.
And then there is this synchronicity.
And then suddenly something you have experienced ten times clicks into place and you think,
Oh,
Of course,
I know what it means now.
This is how your language grows.
This is how the communication and the cooperation with your spirit family grows.
This is how you grow.
Exactly like we talked about last week.
So,
How does your spirit family communicate with you?
Well,
It can be very simple.
A feeling,
A color.
A sensation,
A thought.
Unknowing,
Unnatural.
Or presence without form,
Something that suddenly becomes clear.
To me,
I sometimes feel this tingling on my head.
It's like electricity.
We are electromagnetic beings.
So your spirit family communicates through electricity.
What thought forms are electricity.
And now I know,
If I feel this tingling on my head,
What it means.
It's my own language.
My language between me and my higher self,
Between me and my spirit family.
Then I know you are here.
Yeah,
I remember you are here.
I feel them so close and as you listen to this,
Your spirit family members,
Two of them,
Are right there with you.
I know.
And you can start to communicate more directly with them.
It's so beautiful.
And I've also experienced thoughts that I immediately knew were not my normal mind chatter.
Mind chatter,
This human conditioned and programmed brain that simply cannot stop thinking.
All those thoughts to just lead nowhere.
Those thoughts come from my left side.
It's my left brain.
Going on and on and on in circle.
But sometimes I have a thought.
So clear.
So powerful.
Comes from the right.
Then I know,
Ah,
A thought-form has been just sent into my brain.
And I know who is talking.
The very first time I had this experience.
I remember it so clearly.
I felt so much fear at that time.
I guess maybe it was my lowest point,
Not knowing what to do,
Feeling very alone.
Fear of the future,
Fear of the unknown,
Fear of lack.
All those things surfaced to the max.
And I was there in the garden,
Feeling very,
Very frightened.
And then a thought form came.
I have always been taking care of you.
Who is talking?
This was not my own thought.
I knew it.
And this warm feeling came to my heart.
This warm,
Warm feeling of being held.
And I knew.
I'm not alone.
This was even before my awakening started.
So can you imagine,
The support is always there,
But as you awaken to it,
As you start to open up to that circuitry,
Then it becomes way more deliberate,
Conscious.
Powerful.
Directed.
Clear.
Yeah,
It becomes a co-creation that is so alive and so deliberate.
And so beautiful.
Ah yes,
I have always been taking care of you.
And I will always take care of you.
Trust,
My dear,
Trust.
That was the message.
Ain't it beautiful?
The guidance and the support of your spirit family can also be very energetic,
Like this warm feeling in my heart.
I have also experienced some other moments where I felt as an enormous amount of energy was being projected into my energy field.

That direction,

Now is the time.

And I don't always know,
Was that my higher consciousness,
Was that my spirit family?
Was that both of them working together.
I guess it's the last one.
But the distinction may not always be the most important thing.
The most important thing is that the support becomes recognizable.
That you begin to know.

The entire circuitry.
As I said,
Different members of your Spirit Family support different aspects.
Those very close to the earth plane,
Right here with you,
Only in spirit form instead of you being in physical form.
They support you in the more practical aspects of your life.
Circumstances,
Where to go,
What to do,
Creating the circumstances,
The house,
The place,
The things you need,
You know.
The people,
The next step.
They are really there to support you and you can ask them always.
Then you have the Spirit family members that are positioned in this wider field.
For example,
In the galaxy,
They hold a broader direction and perspective.
And of course,
Those Spirit Family members that are more close to Source,
They support you in this connection to this energy and to your highest purpose,
To your highest alignment.
It's that chain.
Every Spirit Family member has its unique purpose,
To contribute to the evolution of your entire consciousness,
The entire consciousness of your Spirit Family.
And of you.
Information moves through all these levels.
It's being translated.
It's being stepped down and stepped up.
Yes,
And from that highest place it reaches you in this human form.
So that your human system can actually perceive it.
A thought,
A feeling.
Little notch and no wing.
And here you can start to consciously cooperate.
With this entire chain.
With his entire network.

And you can ask.

Your spirit family is here to support you.
And it doesn't mean that you are giving away your authority or so powerful.

What suddenly becomes clear.
What idea keeps returning?

What does your body do?
How do you feel?
What catches your attention?
And then you become available.
To receive.
One more thing.
Two more things.
One thing is that most of the time.

One or two of those spirit family members incarnate with you,
In your human family.
So that's why you might feel more attracted to maybe that grandmother,
Or that sibling,
Or that niece,
Or nephew for example,
Or maybe one of your parents,
Because you feel very similar.
Well,
To other people in your family,
You might feel ok,
They are my human family,
But Do I really belong here?
That means they come from a different spirit family lineage.
They have a different configuration.
We'll go about this in another session on a deeper level.
But for now I just wanted to mention it.
Spirit family,
Human family.
It's not the same.
But you incarnate always on purpose in that family.
And like two lineages working together or maybe even more lineages.
So it's all part of her bigger plan.
But so you can start to discern and know,
Of course I feel so related,
Because this is spirit family and this is not.
But it's my human family and I love them for it.
Because we all created this story.
In which we can all evolve.
And all of our human families can evolve and grow with us.
Yeah,
One more thing,
Also important.
When we talk about opening up to other beings or fields of consciousness that are floating around,
That are next to you,
I do not mean open yourself to anything and everything floating around.
No,
Not at all.
Your intention matters,
Your clarity matters,
Your discernment matters.
Stay in your own energy field.
Connect to Source,
Connect to your own higher consciousness,
And know who you are intentionally connecting with.
Don't pull someone else's energy into your heart,
Into your system.
Don't collapse into another energy field.
Stay in your own sacred space and merge while you are in your sacred space,
From the edge of your sacred space,
With the information field of your Spirit family member.
Or of another being.
If you want to retrieve information.
Then you will always be safe and stay very clear in the energy of Source and your own higher consciousness.
Your Spirit Family holds the field with you,
And then you receive the information from there.
This creates a very different quality of connection.
