Moment Of Stillness 432 Hz - Guitar, Piano & Native Flute
This track features deep ambient pad with nature sounds, on top of which I improvised on a guitar, piano and native flute. The main intention of this live recorded musical meditation was to use chords and instruments for achieving shift of energy state into healing and slowing down the nervous system.
