Today we're gonna be doing a sound bath where I will be channeling the universal life force energy and light.

Hope you enjoy it.

Let's get started with doing three deep breaths together.

Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Deep cleansing breath in and breathing out.

One last deep breath in and breathing out.

Placing your hands on your heart chakra.

Feeling this light surrounding your whole being.

Really feeling the relaxation in your body.

Sending love and gratitude to yourself for taking time for today.
