In today's episode I'd love to share with you all how you can create a miraculous year for yourself.
So settle back,
Perhaps grab a piece of paper and a pen,
Create some sacred space and time just for yourself to dive a little bit deeper into some practical,
Spiritual and emotionally elevating tools and techniques.
As you may know we are creating our lives constantly,
Whether that's a conscious thing or unconscious,
This is a fact that we are all slowly waking up to.
This year 2026 is a very powerful year because it stands for number one energy which is all about powerful new beginnings,
New startups.
It's got a real go-getter energy behind it,
Backed up with the firehorse which again has that real momentous,
Abundant,
Creative energy.
So if you're like me and you've started the year quite quietly that is perfectly okay.
Now you may start to feel the bubbling of inspiration or something starting to start up for you and build up in momentum and if not that's okay.
That's what we're going to cover today.
So where do we start to create a miraculous year for ourselves?
Let's begin with setting the foundations.
I'd like you to grab that piece of paper in pen or take a moment to just reflect and ask yourself what does a miraculous year look like for me?
Something you may have never really pondered upon.
What does that look like and feel like?
Really allowing your imagination and your heart to be engaged.
There are no limits.
Let yourself go wild.
Write it out,
Speak it out,
Dream it out in your imagination.
That incredible pre-vision before the reality comes about and after you've done this we need to set the foundations.
We need to really get clear on where you currently are at.
There is no point hiding,
Pretending,
Being blinded to what your actual current situation is right now.
Because only from this perspective of raw honesty can you truly pivot.
You need to be honest with yourself.
Is there something that you still need to hone in on,
Study up,
Practice?
Not running into the mistake of you're forever going to have to learn but just to be honest with yourself where you currently are at and where you want to take this amazing year.
From this foundation we move into step two and here we start to create deep sense of self-awareness.
How well do you know yourself?
How well do you recognize your strengths,
Perhaps some limitations?
Self-awareness is the key.
It's the key to everything.
So a great way to start really cultivating self-awareness is yes being super honest and raw with yourself and then a really great practical tool is something called an interrupter where from today onwards you start to move your body in a different way.
You may start to stretch or walk or do some somatic movements.
Brush your teeth with the opposite hand.
Create small interruptions because what this does is it starts to expand and activate your whole brain.
You start to use dormant parts of the brain.
The brain is constantly scanning and when we start doing something even if it's the smallest thing that's a bit different it starts to create new neural pathways and the brain lights up,
The brain expands and the result is you start feeling much more alive and awakened,
Inspired.
You're more alert.
You're more creative.
So many benefits.
Another amazing thing you can do to start really waking up the body in the mind and creating that deep sense of awareness is practicing to not always operate from the beta brainwave state.
In this state it is the doing-doing,
Going-going,
Stressed out,
Must-must,
You get the point.
You also want to make sure that you are bringing into your everyday life the theta brainwave.
This is when we more deeply relax.
It's when the body goes into a restorative healing state and it is where your magic comes bubbling forth.
When you practice this balancing theta brain state,
Creative,
Intuitive,
Inspiring ideas will start bubbling out miraculously,
Seemingly out of nowhere.
You feel much more balanced in this state.
You will feel less stressed.
You will feel calm,
Happier.
Happiness,
That is the ultimate goal,
Isn't it?
A lasting happiness,
Not attached to a particular goal,
But as a way of being,
A way of living.
Start getting clear on what makes you light up,
What brings you the greatest joy to do.
Follow those golden crumbs.
Follow those hunches.
Leave your life as though it is one incredible unfolding miracle.
Start to train your mind to seek out the smallest of miracles,
The smallest of blessings.
Because as you start training yourself to seek these out,
You start to create ripples and a momentum starts to build.
And those small miracles gradually turn into medium miracles and then they turn into big miracles.
And on and on it flows.
A beautiful way to get into this state of being is to make every action,
Every job that you do,
One with virtuous intention for greater good.
Do everything with virtue,
With good karma,
With intention of blessings,
Healings.
This builds and builds an auric field around you.
And good energy starts to flow and attach itself almost to you.
You are beaming this high vibration of goodness,
Of truly wanting good for others.
Because you get it,
You know that that energy comes back to you tenfold.
The world needs more love,
More kindness,
More light.
Lighten up,
Play like a child,
Laugh,
Be silly.
Don't take yourself so seriously.
Don't get so offended.
Don't allow yourself to get caught up in the doom and gloom.
As much as there is that in the external world,
Even more so,
Shine your light brighter.
Choose kindness,
Choose to be patient,
Choose to do goodness.
Because this energy ripples out into the world.
You become contagious,
You affect the next person and then they will feel better.
Their cup will be a little bit filled with your kind smile or gesture or goodwill or even a thought of blessing.
Never underestimate the power of your thoughts,
The power of the spoken word.
They are energies that ripple out into the physical world.
They are powerful,
They are transformative and we have the power to use them consciously.
Create a miraculous life and year and world by becoming super self-aware.
And now in conclusion,
I'd love for you to place your hands over your heart.
Close down your eyes or gaze gently downwards.
Feel the warmth of your hands touching your skin.
Feel your breath relaxing,
Slowing down.
I'd like you to start practicing every single day in the morning with this ritual.
Upon waking,
You will place your hands over your heart and you will ask yourself,
What do I love?
And you'll answer,
Answer out loud,
Answer in your thoughts,
But start your day with this incredible uplifting and expansive intention and energy and watch the amazing miracles that start to happen to you.
