Day 3.

Fill me with your strength.

Now breathe in slowly and breathe out gently.

Let's pause a moment to invite God's strength into this new day.

Lord,

I feel weak in body and mind,

Yet I know your strength is made perfect in my weakness.

Fill me with your power,

Not to boast,

But to carry on with grace.

Lift me up when I feel weary and renew my spirit.

Help me face today's trials with courage and with patience.

When I grow tired,

Remind me that you are my refuge and my strength.

Let your peace guard my heart and mind.

Let your love be my shield.

With you,

I can do all things.

Thank you for being my strength and my song.
