Fear is often treated as a problem to solve. But what if fear isn't the problem at all? In this video, I explore the difference between the feeling of fear and the meaning we attach to it. Why do so many of us automatically assume that fear means danger, failure, rejection, or that something is about to go wrong? What if fear simply means something is new? We'll look at how childhood conditioning, habit, and subconscious programming shape our relationship with fear and how becoming present with the feeling can create more freedom, courage, and possibility in our lives. The feeling in your body is real. The meaning you make in your mind may not be.
