Everyone welcome today we're going to do a meditation on eclipse season and what we're ready to eclipse out from our lives so since we are in eclipse season and we're in this vortex of energy that is pretty potent eclipses are a time not to set intentions but to focus on what we're releasing and what we're eclipsing out.
And it doesn't have to be anything monumental.
It doesn't,
You know,
It could be something as simple as procrastination or a limiting belief or changing up how you do your morning routine,
You know,
Just kind of using the energy to tap into yourself and what your inner guidance is telling you is no longer serving you within your daily life.
Alright,
So if you want to get settled in.
.
.
Get comfy.
Close your eyes if you feel comfortable.
Allow yourself the space to just be.
Connecting with your breath.
Connecting with the parts of you that are sitting on something.
Feeling supported.
Just taking those cleansing breaths,
Allowing your nervous system to relax and get settled.
Giving your mind permission to shut down as much as possible.
And just connecting to all the parts of you.
All the parts that might be extra loud today and even the ones that are pretty quiet.
Try to connect into all of the parts of your physical and energetic body.
As you continue to breathe.
And what do you think of when I say ideal day?
Like,
What does your ideal day look like?
Take a few moments here to think about from the time you wake up.
Maybe you can think about the actual time.
Maybe you could think about.
What you do when you wake up.
Making your way throughout the day in a perfect world where You get to decide where your energy goes.
Obviously we have responsibilities that can be weaved in.
But this is what your ideal life would look like for you to feel in alignment with yourself.
Just picturing yourself moving throughout your day.
Maybe you're incorporating something that you haven't made time for yet.
Maybe it involves a different outlook or a different routine.
And there's no right or wrong here,
Obviously.
It's just what an ideal life and day looks like to you.
And when you feel complete.
You can always come back to this and think about and meditate on it later as well.
But now think about,
I invite you to.
.
.
Examine the day and what is something that is hindering you from actually having this ideal day.
Is it time?
Is it doom scrolling?
Is it meeting other people's needs?
Just choose one or two things for now.
And sit with them.
And see where you feel it within your body.
Why do you think you allow these things to hinder you from having your ideal day?
Aware.
And what is the root cause of why this thing exists to interrupt the flow of your day?
And it might not be a negative thing per se.
It's just identifying what it is.
And why and how it got there.
If it's putting others' needs before your own.
Just sit with yourself and ask,
Why?
Why do I do that?
And see what comes up for you.
And now I'd like you to think about how you can.
Change this scenario.
How can you either eclipse this thing out of your life or shift and change the parameters around it in order to be able to get a little bit closer to what that ideal day looks like.
Maybe you can make a list with your non-negotiables for the day that have to do with fulfilling your needs and make sure you stick to one of them.
Maybe you think it's impossible or hopeless to be able to move past this thing that seems to be a barrier.
That's okay too.
Just sit with that feeling.
Let's see what else wants to come up for you.
We often forget that.
We are in control of what our desires and day could look like.
Obviously,
Like I said,
There are responsibilities and time commitments and family things,
But ultimately we get to choose how we want to move through our day.
The attitude or perspective we want to bring to the day,
The priorities we include within our 24 hours.
And I invite you to.
Give yourself permission to either let go of or loosen the grip on the thing that's blocking you from having your ideal day.
Maybe just looking at it and saying,
You no longer define my day.
I'm choosing something else.
Maybe asking your team and your angels and your highest self to give you the courage and strength and willpower to be able to really let this thing go,
Even on the hard days or where it seems like it might be impossible.
Asking for help is always an option.
I invite you to do one final closing deep breath in through your nose and out your mouth.
You can begin wiggling your fingers and toes and moving your body as needed and come back to this space.
I invite you to journal or Sit with the feelings.
And allow whatever wants to come up to come up without judgment.
They are teachers.
We invite you to work on this practice regularly.
Check in with yourself and see how.
You're feeling in a week,
A month.
Six months,
The next eclipse season.
And see how.
You're reclaiming your power or becoming more in alignment with what your soul desires.
Thank you so much for practicing with me today,
And I will see you next time.
Take good care.
