Welcome to this guided meditation where we travel to the natural wonder of the northern lights in Iceland and connect with the animal medicine of the polar bear.

My name is Laurie Jane and I'm a certified master transpersonal crystal healing practitioner and energy healer and today I'll be working with your energy as I channel this beautiful vibrational infusion and healing activation using the power of intention for your highest and best good.

This energy I will be channeling is divine energy,

It's source energy so as of the highest vibration direct from source consciousness.

I now ask for your permission as I connect with your energy,

So as we begin just take a few deep breaths and allow your body to relax allowing every breath to relax you deeper and deeper,

Letting go of anything you no longer require to hold on to,

Releasing any tension you may be holding in your body,

Allowing yourself to get into the state of receiving,

The state of flow.

I ask you to drop your barriers and any expectations you may be holding on to.

As you breathe in this universal life force energy of the purest white light it begins to fill your entire body.

It flows from our crown chakra through down to our birth star chakra anchoring our energy.

As you breathe out you let go and allow yourself to release energy that you've been holding on to which is not for your highest good.

You watch this energy form into tiny little bubbles and you watch these bubbles float up into the sky where they can be transmuted into pure love.

I now begin to send the energy of protection and I invite you to visualize a white light coming down from the top of your head down through your body as it reaches the soles of your feet.

It then comes back up and it wraps around your entire body and being.

This white light then expands out into the room you're currently in,

Expanding and expanding further through your entire house.

This white light keeps you safe and protected during the session.

We invite in Archangel Michael with his diamond silver sword to assist in clearing out any lower vibrational energies which are not here for your highest good.

We call in Archangel Saint Germain to cast his platinum violet flame around your energy now so any negativity you release during the session can be transmuted back into pure energy of love and light.

Now I invite you to begin to imagine you're walking along the edge water of a beautiful lake,

The waves gently lapping in slow motion and you can hear the crushing of the small pebbles and stones under your feet as you take each step.

You are surrounded by snow,

Mountains,

Glaciers which shape this magical iceberg lagoon.

These naturally formed icebergs ripple in shape and size,

Holding locked secrets and wisdom yet to be discovered.

As you look out towards the lake it is calm and tranquil and the water is crystal clear.

There is little movement,

Only tiny ripples on the lake.

It appears like you could walk on the water.

This water holds ancient memories and healing for those who wish to connect to its power and beauty.

The only animals you can see are a group of ducks gliding along the water and a polar bear and her cub across in the distance.

This mountain air is so crisp and clear and you feel this fresh air every time it hits your lungs,

Clearing,

Cleansing and renewing your entire being.

Continuing to walk along the water's edge,

Up ahead the lake meets the ocean.

You can hear the roar of the ocean which is a total different feel to this placid lake.

As you get closer the beach is called Diamond Beach,

A black sand beach which is covered in large diamond shaped ice blocks which have flowed down from the lake.

These large ice rocks are colored like the crystal aquamarine,

A beautiful light green and blue and within them they hold sacred wisdom.

They are scattered across the entire beachfront,

Each just taking its time to melt.

You take a moment to take in all of the surrounding beauty,

Tranquil yet very powerful.

The ocean waves rolling up towards where you're standing,

One by one,

Unpredictable in nature but again beautiful to watch.

You make your way over to one of these diamond formed rocks.

There is an indent in the ice so it makes it a comfortable place to sit.

You sit down and take a moment to stop and connect to the energy of this crystallized rock,

Allowing any wisdom it wishes to share with you flow.

Looking out towards the untamable nature of the ocean you begin to notice a tall and feminine figure starting to appear out of the water.

She is beautiful with long black hair and is wearing a green and blue flowing dress which complements her body on all aspects.

You are being greeted by Amphitrite,

The goddess of the ocean.

She brings the message of deep love as deep of the ocean and passion as deep as the deep blue sea.

This is an invitation to explore love and welcome in the feminine qualities within you and to really allow yourself to dream.

Look around and see the beauty not only around you but within and allow this love to flow into your heart space.

Amphitrite is drenched in the salty ocean water and has this powerful presence,

A Greek goddess glow and she is beaming the most magnificent energy.

She smiles at you and walks towards you out of the crashing ocean waves,

Eventually sitting down beside you on the crystal ice rock.

You can feel her energy as it penetrates.

It feels so powerful.

She can feel that you've been carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders and asks if you'd like her to clear this for you.

You agree and she begins by placing her hands upon you,

One near your heart space and the other at the back of your shoulders.

She closes her eyes and recites divine healing intelligence.

Please release all strain,

Worry,

Insecurity,

Overwhelm,

Hurt,

Rejection and sadness from these shoulders as well as all points of view,

Positive and negative charge and all patterns that contribute to this condition.

She invites you to take a deep breath in and then relax your shoulders.

She now sends a golden ray of yellow through her hands,

Penetrating deep into both of your shoulders.

You can feel your heart and neck start to feel warm and tingly as she starts to flow this energy to you,

Softening your muscles and dissolving all tension.

She completes this healing by saying,

It is roaring as it's pulling the waves back into the ocean,

Misty and spraying the beautiful salt spray over you both.

You breathe in Christ consciousness,

The crystalline vibrations that are encoded in the salt water mist.

It is so powerful as you feel these frequencies connect to your being.

You are receiving ancient codes,

Awakening the dormant parts and allowing remembrance of a time once before.

She gets up and starts to walk back towards the lake.

You follow and as you're walking back along the lakes edge again hearing the stones under your feet,

The day starts turning to night as your surroundings are starting to darken.

She is taking you towards one of her favorite healing spots.

As you look up into the sky you witness what appears to be a faint green glow of light.

In the distance these colors are starting to dance in the sky above this land of fire and ice.

These are the Northern Lights,

Otherwise known as Aurora.

We now walk up a path towards a lighthouse which is up on top of a hill.

As you're walking up the crunching snow underneath your feet you can see the polar bear and her cub have made their way up to the lighthouse also.

Aunt Petrini reassures you and says there is nothing you need to be afraid of.

She knows this pair very well and they have something to share with you.

As Aunt Petrini introduces you,

The mum polar bear is called Aster.

She is large and her feet are enormous.

She is milky white in color and looks well fed.

She is a friendly,

Calm and caring vibration.

Her cub appears around six months old,

So much much smaller than her but has a very cheeky and playful nature.

Immediately taking a liking to you and wants to play.

You start interacting and playing in the snow with this adorable cub.

His name is Volska.

He is named after his courageous temperament.

Polar bears are a symbol of survival and courage,

Embodying the strength required to thrive in some of the harshest environments on earth.

They share their medicine with you today and assist you to find your personal balance and peace and to help you care for your loved ones.

They hear or change and are not afraid to take on any challenge.

Today they help you trust yourself and not doubt your abilities.

They may even help you tap into your hidden abilities which you are not yet aware of.

As you connect with this pair of polar bears,

You stand with them in total admiration.

Breathing in their presence as they shower you with unconditional love,

At this time connecting you to their fifth dimensional consciousness and above.

Your energy field is being infused with the vibration of love and you can feel it running through your energetic field,

Clearing and healing any wounds at this time which you have been struggling to let go.

You find yourself accepting this gift and surrendering.

As Esther carefully watches over Foska playing,

Amphitrite makes her way over to the red lighthouse door.

She opens the door and starts to walk up into the lighthouse.

You start to follow as you step up this concrete spiral staircase.

Following closely behind her but careful not to step upon her flowing ocean coloured dress.

As you reach the top of the stairs,

The view is breathtaking.

You look across the lake,

The glaciers,

The icebergs.

Your eyes are immersed in the swirling rivers of light that flood the indigo sky.

The northern lights dancing in the sky in this beautiful spectrum of colours.

Allow it to bathe your body,

Strengthening your connection to nature and the divine and allowing you to feel more happier,

Open and more alive.

Watching the lights flicker and dance across the sky,

Swirling through a kaleidoscope of colours that illuminate the mountains.

You can feel your energetic body starting to respond to the different colours,

Receiving colour healing.

Watch these colours in your mind's eye and take note of colours or a colour that is connecting to you at this time.

Let's just spend a moment allowing you to receive this beautiful energy from these mystical and magical northern lights,

Bringing ourselves back.
