As your hands meet their surface,
A ripple of energy pulses through you.
Not overwhelming,

Very powerful.
Beside these gates stand two magnificent white lions.
Their white coats shimmer like starlight woven through snow.
And their baby blue eyes hold the wonder of galaxies within them.
They recognize you.
They have been expecting you.
They begin to brush against you playfully,
Nudging you with warmth and affection.
They nearly knock you off balance.
Their energy is so beautiful,
Joyful,
Loving,
Ancient and deeply familiar.
As you look down,
Their paws are enormous.
Yet they have this gentleness about them.
You take a moment to allow them to connect to you.
You can feel how deeply they adore you.
You know you are safe here.
Guided to exactly where you need to go.
As they settle before you,
Their names rise gently into your awareness.
Not spoken aloud,
Just remembered.
The lioness is Amara,
Meaning internal,
Unfading love.
Her presence is soft,
Radiant and deeply nurturing.
The male is called Sorin,
Meaning sun,
The lion of light.
His energy is bright and steady,
Protective and wise,
Like a sun that never fades.
Together they each bow their heads in acknowledgement,
A greeting from one ancient being to another.
Sorin turns and Amara moves beside him,
As they begin leading you forward.
The mists around the gates draw back like a soft curtain,
And the gates gently open.
As they part,
They reveal a long vaulted corridor.
You step forward,
Walking beside the lions,
Both side by side,
Their presence deeply protective.
The floor beneath you is smooth and cool beneath the soles of your feet,
Formed from ancient stone and infused with golden light.
You notice symbols carved along the walls,
Some sparkling as you pass,
Some familiar,
And others entirely unknown,
But each one seeming to connect and recognise you.
At the end of the corridor,
You come to another gateway,
This one is rounded.
There are three soft lights glowing upon its surface,
Representing ancient symbols,
Dancing like runes.
Amara steps closer,
Sorin steady at your side,
And between them a soft crystalline glow begins to form.
As your eyes adjust,
You notice,
To your left,
There are three small rainbow opal runes resting on the floor.
Have they been there the whole time,
Or have they just appeared as if by magic?
You're certain you didn't see them when you first walked the corridor,
Yet here they are,
Alive with light and perfectly placed.
As you look closer,
You realise the symbols carved into each rune match the three faint markings on the rounded doorway ahead.
One by one,
You pick up the runes,
They feel warm,
Magical and very familiar.
You move to the doorway,
Guided by your lions.
You place each rune into its corresponding space.
You hear the click,
And as the symbols become alive,
They begin to glow with a golden white light.
The doorway opens,
The chamber beyond awakens.
Amara and Sorin move to your sides,
Guiding you in,
Towards this past life chamber.
As you enter the chamber,
Inside it is round,
Its walls formed from smooth crystalline surfaces.
The air feels sacred.
Soft starlight lights drift overhead,
Moving slowly across the rounded ceiling.
In the centre of the chamber,
There is a wooden table.
On this table sits a Lemurian crystal wand.
It is more than a crystal,
It is a key.
You move towards the table,
And this crystal feels like it wants to jump into your hand.

As you hold it,
