Hi dear one, This is a short and gentle meditation you can do anytime, Anywhere. Just two small things will help signal your mind that it's time to turn inward. Keep your back comfortably straight, Allowing your energy to flow freely. Then take 4 deep breaths with each exhale, Slightly longer than your inhale. If you can find a peaceful place to sit and if not, Simply pause where you are, Straighten your back and begin your 4 breaths. Allow yourself to arrive softly in this moment. Now bring this question into your heart. Are you truly worthy and deserving of exactly what you desire? Or perhaps something even better. Sometimes we encounter something or someone and think This is it. But what if the universe has a different path for you? One you haven't yet imagined? That might feel uncertain at first, But what if you chose excitement instead of fear? What if you called it an adventure instead of the unknown? What if you trusted the universe? This universe is vast and wise, A parent, A teacher, A giver of gifts beyond measure. It listens closely to your thoughts, Your words. Your feelings. And it knows you deeply. Completely. Can you lean into that trust? Now open your hearts to these affirming truths. You are worthy and deserving of the most beautiful life. This universe is just. This universe is safe. This universe listens. This universe knows you. Let these words settle into your body, And if a part of you still hesitates, That's okay. You can return to this meditation as often as you need, Gently, Kindly, Until it feels true. Now, If it feels right, Repeat softly with me. This universe is just beginning. This universe is safe. This universe listens to me, So I ask it for what is good and kind. This universe knows me well, So I trust it to bring what's best for me. I welcome the most beautiful life I can live.
