Welcome. This is Fola and I have a channeled message for you today. Something really on my heart just feeling like I want to share more with you guys but really being aware that I want to do it in a way that feels true for me. Not what everyone else is doing, Not how I think I need to be because my ego identifies in a particular way with what a spiritual guide or teacher is. So kind of just gonna see what shows up and perhaps this is the theme even that has been showing up in your world. I've been writing a bit about the concept of jealousy and how jealousy is just so huge in our world and I'm learning it's the throat chakra, The Vishuddha chakra. That area in which we can receive divine communication and also how we express ourselves but it's beyond like self-expression. This is a place that can really keep us blocked and a place where it's easy to create judgments because the things we desire they're so innate it's inside of you that thing that you really really want the thing that calls to you it excites you and yet when you perhaps see it in another person you start to feel this energy of judgment like how come they have it I don't have it whatever it is doesn't need to be a physical object it doesn't need to be a physical experience it can just be an energy a way about them how they speak how they show up in their world and perhaps you are witnessing that and judging and so when we judge then we're pushing it away further from ourselves instead of allowing it in and this can be detrimental to fulfilling those desires. So I just invite you to take a deep breath in here and let it go and just settle into your body just noticing if there's any places in your body that feel extra tender today maybe needing a little love you can place a hand there just kind of intentionally send some love and some affection to that part of you and just hearing whatever words whatever message you need to receive from today planting your feet on the floor on the earth and feeling that rooted connection because it's here at the feet here at this root that you are always connected when you can be connected to the earth you can be more everly connected to the spiritual world around you above you and you can receive through those higher energy centers so this is both channeled message and a activation of these energies within you so as you continue to breathe and feel your feet rooted down envision yourself as a star far in the galaxies just there in the universe complete darkness all around but you as this bright burning star you've been burning brightly for millions of years truly an infinite time you weren't born in 1987 like you have been created for so far ago but it's like you're just looking at this moment this little blip in your existence which is this lifetime these whatever 1830 40 50 60 70 years of your life in the grand scheme of your entire existence as the star this time is nothing so why do you keep holding on to the importance of these stories of your life because you in the vastness of space as this brightly burning star you exist and perhaps off into the distance you can see other stars other planets but they are so far away because they need the space just like you need the space to fully express yourself some of you may have some moons some different little satellites or bodies kind of flowing in your space but they too are like minuscule in comparison to your greatness but they contribute something and you contribute to them perhaps it's life sunlight certain nutrients and chemicals just become aware of that symbiotic relationship you and your individual sort of solar system or universe your galaxy and all the movements that are happening around you in this sort of like harmonized way but very much interdependent yet still your own individual self perhaps for some of you this brings up a feeling of aloneness or abandonment isolation rejection again anything that that might be tied to is most likely linked to what this lifetime not the expanse of lifetime of the you as a star being so just notice when those feelings or thoughts of abandonment loneliness isolation start to arise just sort of like recognize them okay I could see how in this life my experiences things people have said to me or the things I believed about myself those have led to this isolation but when you just sort of like recognize that and then just sort of place them to the side and envision yourself as a star you start to recognize just how grand you are just breathing this in this feels as though spirit wants you to really know that you have been divinely led seeing angels kind of like coming down and checking or like these sort of like galactic celestial beings arriving moving by checking in on your growth and development maybe even seeing some messages from what you would interpret our angels or these sorts of guides like you're really being told here just like don't doubt that don't doubt that even if it's a little feather if it's little whispers dreams that have been showing you the celestial beings like these are confirmations that you are not alone and they're checking in on you and not because there's like somewhere you need to be and do in a particular way it's like this is just that sort of it's like a parent at the park and you're playing on the playground and your parents sort of like sitting and just watching maybe every once in a while they come and they check in but they really give you the space to experience and develop into the person you're meant to some of you may be wondering and feeling like how come I'm having to do this alone how come there is no support or I feel like anytime I reach out for help or guidance it just doesn't really stick and this is because you're meant to experience the support in this divine way this like encouragement because the powers inside you the star doesn't grow necessarily because of you know the satellites all the things around it's like it's an internal process of burning of developing so for you right now in your life this is about you learning to be in your own power to recognize that you don't need anything outside of you you don't need anyone outside of you to fulfill and create the things you desire perhaps this is part of that jealousy that you've been feeling part of the judgments you're putting out is seeing other people who seem to just be getting it and doing it and just making it work for themselves and here you are wondering how come it's not happening for me remembering always back to that you as a star they are a star everyone's a star you are a star I'm going to invite you now to envision that burning ball that star that Sun that being that you are and condensing it down and bringing it literally into the center of your heart your chest allowing that burning light to begin to just emit from you inside this physical body breathing that then feeling that energy that vibrancy just starting to move throughout your limbs throughout your entire torso your body and letting this energy be what it needs to be for you today take care
