Is please explain duality and why is it that I see the world and other people as separate.
And in this video I'm going to explain why and I hope that you feel reassured by the message.
To briefly introduce you to duality if you don't know what that is.
Duality means jewel.
Separate Keyword is separation.
Duality comes from the word.
Dvaita in Sanskrit language,
Sanskrit language.
Dvaita,
Which means dual two.
We naturally experience the world around us in separation.
You don't need to overthink it.
A lot of people,
When they're exploring duality and non-duality,
They overthink duality.
Essentially you and me experience life in separation.
Naturally.
It's not.

It's not hard to experience life in separation.
To give you an example.
This mobile phone.
Is an object.
And I the awareness.
Seize the object.
And it appears to be Separate You can use another example.
The sound of that person five meters away.
Eye the awareness.
He is.
The sound of the person and there appears to be separation.
Duality.
Dvaita Separation.
Awareness and objects.
When somebody asks me.
Why is it that I always experience life in separation?
Because it's very normal,
Because that's what we're programmed to do as humans.

Non-duality.
Non-duality.
Let's quickly summarize that.
Non-duality,
As you can imagine,
Means No separation.
Non-dual.
And in Sanskrit language it's called Advaita.
Non-dual.
So as you can imagine,
Non-duality means.

Where does awareness Meat.
Objects.
Where does this awareness that I am come from?
Meet the sound of the man.
And what you'll discover is that they are not separate.
Awareness and object.
Actually coexist.
So right now for you listening and watching.
Every experience you're having sounds bodily sensations.
Thoughts.
Awareness is right there.
Close one.
With the object.
They're on top of each other.
In non-dual.
Spiritual circles.
Non-duality is seen as the pinnacle of spiritual self-realization and it is actually and amazing.
Part of the spiritual journey to realize that everything is one.
I mean,
That is the pinnacle,
Ultimately.
I'm not gonna.

Shy away from it.
It's the truth.
Oneness is the truth of all life.
However,
For the human being,
For the average person,
It doesn't matter how spiritual you are.
Duality is your default setting.
We're supposed to live life.
With the illusion of separation.
It's this,
This is a university,
This.
This human incarnation is a university for.
.
.
Evolution of the soul and there are rules that this reality is designed with.
You could say this matrix,
This hologram this video game,
This TV show in which you are a character It appears.
It appears to be.
Separation based because it is This is the ultimate thing I'm saying to you guys.
There are two truths.
The first truth is relative truth.
What do you experience on a day-to-day basis?
When you wake up and you make your coffee and you hear the crying baby,
Everything naturally feels separate duality it's very normal and you shouldn't feel disappointed with yourself.
Now the second truth is absolute truth.
And that is that all is one.
The second absolute truth is that everything you are experiencing right now is real.
One consciousness,
One single divinity.
The absolute,
The Brahman in Hindu philosophy.
Experiencing a dream.
And it's all made out of one substance.
Real practical spirituality is you're going to dip in and out of.
Separation state and non-dual state.
Even for the advanced non-dual practicer.
Like myself,
You still have to do life as a physical separate self.
It's very natural and in fact you're not going to learn much you're not going to evolve much without that illusion of separation.
So my message to you is don't Don't worry about it.
You don't always have to be.
Non-dual.
You don't always have to be in oneness.
You know that it's an absolute truth,
You have reverence for that absolute truth.
But you also honour the fact that life appears in separation.
