Hello dear one and welcome to this dragonfly meditation.
I invite you to find a comfortable seat or,
If you prefer,
Lying down.
Allow your eyes to softly close if that feels comfortable or gentle gaze downward.
Take a slow,
Full breath in through the nose.
And a long,
Gentle breath out through your mouth.
Allow your shoulders to soften.
Your face to relax.
And your heart to be open.
Let your body know this is a sacred pause.
This is your moment to receive.
Dragonflies can represent transformation,
Rebirth,
Connection to the divine.
Messages from Spirit.
Or empowerment.
During this meditation,
We'll call on the dragonfly to speak messages we are meant to hear.
As we begin.
Imagine yourself standing near a quiet stream.
Sunlight dances across the water.
The air is warm,
Soft,
And still.
You feel completely safe.
Hound and surrounded by peace.
As you watch the ripples in the stream.
A dragonfly hovers into view.
Shimmering with light,
Its wings flicker with iridescent colors,
Blues,
Greens.
Gold.
Even hints of violet.
It seems to float effortlessly.
Not with effort,
But with grace.
Not with force,
But with alignment.
Let yourself breathe in grace.
Lightness Transformation.
Now you hear the whisper.
You are transforming.
You are evolving.
Let go of what no longer serves.
Let yourself rise.
Let your spirit soar.
The dragonfly begins to circle around you now.
Slowly.

.
Gently.
You feel its energy,
Ancient,
Wise.
Playful,
Light,
It invites you to release.
To lighten your grip on things you've outgrown.
To see clearly what your soul already knows.
What are you ready to let go of?
What belief,
Pattern,
Or pressure can you surrender now?
Pause and listen.
That answer may come as a whisper.
A feeling Annoying.
Now I invite you to place your hand over your heart if that feels comfortable.
Feel the warmth of your own presence.
Feel the space you've made to receive.
Feel the guidance of the Spirit all around you.
Say to yourself inwardly or aloud.
I am safe to transform.
I am ready to see you with spirit eyes.
I trust the timing of my evolution.
I move in grace.
I live in light.
I am led by love.
Take one final deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Imagine the dragonfly lifting into the sky.
Carrying your intention.
Your prayer.
Your yes.
Upward toward the light.
Know that its message will return again when needed.
You are never alone.
You are always guided.
When you're ready.
Begin to bring some gentle movement back into your body.
Slowly open your eyes.
Return to the present moment.
Feeling lighter.
More clear.
And full of quiet strength.
The transformation is already happening.
