Hi,

My name is Melissa Polo and I will be guiding you through a sound healing journey.

The most amazing thing about what I'm about to do for you is that you can do it from anywhere.

You don't need a special setup.

You can do it from your desk,

In your bed,

It doesn't matter.

We recommend that you lay down or you can sit up.

This is called a sound healing experience,

Which means you might be moving through some different emotions.

So I also encourage you to allow yourself to feel through anything that arises.

Or this might be a really passive experience for you where you just lay back and enjoy the sounds.

So without further ado,

I invite you to close your eyes.

Take a full deep inhale into your lower belly.

And on the exhale,

Sigh it out,

Let it go.

And as you settle into wherever you are,

I want you to become aware of the environmental sounds around you.

Allowing those things to become a part of your experience,

Not a distraction from it.

Sound healing is happening around you every single day.

Whether it's laughter,

A car whizzing by,

Again,

All of these things are meant to be a part of your experience,

A part of a reminder of all of the life that is always going on around you.

So again,

Take a full deep inhale into your belly.

Exhale,

Let it go.

And on this next one,

Take a deep breath and let it go with a sigh.

Let it out.

Inhale.

Let it go.

Finding some gentle movement in your wrists and your ankles.

I invite you to rotate your palms upward towards the sky.

And in your right hand,

I'd like you to place something that you're ready to let go of.

Place that right hand over your heart.

And then in your left palm,

I'd like you to place something that you're ready to receive.

Place the left hand over the right over your heart.

Allowing the light of your heart to shine out of your chest,

Out of your palms and into the sky.

Carrying away everything that you're ready to let go of and opening up a pathway to receive all that you now deserve.

Feel your heartbeat against your chest.

Use gratitude into this breath,

Into this body for this moment.

This moment right now.

One more full deep inhale here.

Take your time and gently press yourself back up to seated.

Keep your eyes closed and bring your hands to prayer pose.

Rub those palms together,

Balancing the left and right hemispheres of the brain.

Let that warmth and friction remind you of the powerful energy source that you are.

Place one hand on your heart,

One hand on your belly,

Down your head.

Taking this last moment to connect to that still and silent place deep within you,

Full of love and peace and joy,

Wisdom,

Strength and understanding.

And most importantly,

That light within you that makes you a unique and wondrous human being.

It is finished in love.

It is finished in joy.

It is finished in beauty.
