So the more love and compassion that we have for ourselves,
The more love and compassion we have for other people.
This is why it is so important that before we can love someone fully or feel compassionate about another human being,
We have to have that for ourselves.
We have to feel supported.
We have to feel that we are filled with love and compassion so that we can have peace and happiness to be able to love other people the way that they deserve to be loved.
So let's go ahead and get started with your meditation.
As I say every sentence,
Just go ahead and say it in your mind silently.
The first three sentences are for you.
This is for you.
So when you are listening to me saying the sentences,
Imagine that you are saying these sentences to yourself.
So go ahead and find a comfortable position and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in and out.
One more.
May you be filled with love and compassion.
May you be filled with peace and happiness.
May you feel supported.
Now think of someone that you love and as I say these sentences,
Imagine that you are sending that person love and compassion.
May he be filled with peace and happiness.
May he be filled with love and compassion.
May he feel supported.
Now think of someone that you don't get along well with and send loving energy to that person as I say these three sentences.
May she be filled with love and compassion.
May she be filled with peace and happiness.
May she feel supported.
Now think of everyone in the world,
All humans,
And send everyone all over the world loving energy and compassion.
May they feel supported.
May they feel loved.
May they be filled with compassion.
May they be filled with peace and happiness.
Spend a few more minutes sitting in silence with your inhalations and exhalations.
You are worthy.
You are worthy of happiness,

Peace,
Success,
