Few people can speak,
Can see,
Can feel,
Can acknowledge the truth,
But you can.
It's not an easier path,
It's not a pain-free path,
But it is an empowered path.
Avoidance,
Squirming,
Contorting,
Denying,
Away from the truth does make things harder and more painful,
Delaying the inevitable while lulling us into thinking we have escaped it.
But truth always comes,
Always finds its way from the depth to the surface.
There is no suppressing it,
There is no hiding it,
There is no dressing it up.
There is no way that any of that lasts.
The truth always arises.
So the wise ones are those who look at what they fear and surprisingly find liberation in confronting the truth,
Empowering themselves with the courage to live,
The courage to love,
The courage to transform.
