Either in your current life or in a past life.
What we experienced in the past can affect us in the present,
And the more we understand our past experiences,
The more we can recognize how they affect our emotional reactions today.

Make yourself comfortable and close your eyes.
Take a nice,
Deep breath in,
And with every breath you take,
You are becoming more and more relaxed.
You feel how a golden white light surrounds you,
And like a wave it flows from the top of your head,
All the way to the tip of your toes,
And this wave of light and loving energy relaxes every muscle,
Every organ,
Every body part.
You feel how your head is getting heavier and more relaxed,
Your shoulders,
Your spine and your back,
Your chest and lower back,
Your thighs are all relaxed,
And your whole body is feeling heavy,
Calm and relaxed now.
Imagine yourself in front of a door,
When you open the door,
On the other side you find yourself in another time period,
Look around,
What do you see?
Are you in a city,
In the countryside,
Are you surrounded by mountains,
Are you in the desert,
In a forest,
In a valley,
By a lake,
Based on your surroundings,
Can you tell the time period you are in,
Can you tell which continent,
How old are you,
Are you alone or are you surrounded by people,
Are you surrounded by family,
If you are surrounded by people,
Do they look familiar,
Do you know them in your current life,
What were your relationship with them in the past,
Is there a particular event unfolding in front of you now,
Let's spend some time here,
See what's happening around you,
And you might be able to recognize the significance of it and how it might affect your current life today,
We are going to get ready to return to the present,
Please say goodbye to the world around you,
Say goodbye to your surroundings,
Turn around and start walking towards the door,
Open the door and on the other side you are finding yourself again in the present,
You are becoming more and more aware of your surroundings now,
The noises in the room,
You can move your fingers and toes,
Even stretch a little bit,
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes,
