And just gently finding your ease and comfort in a comfortable place for you,

Just noticing any tightness and tweaking your body and moving and letting your belly rise and fall with your regular breath,
Drifting gently closer to stillness now.
And let's just take a soft breath in and exhale slowly in your time,
Breathing normally now to your rhythm of your body and let the following words drift over you and through you and gently into you as you relax.
There is no need to try right now.
There is no need to search.
I am not behind.
I'm not missing anything.
I am right on time,
Right on my path,
Right on rhythm.
Love is not something I must earn.
It is not waiting for me over there to become better,
More beautiful or more perfect.
Love already knows who I am and it loves me here,
Right where I am,
As me.
And taking another slow breath in and out,
I'm breathing in your regular rhythm now.
I feel my heart soften now.

But because I am safe.
