This is a dynamic guided breathwork practice designed for the morning. A practice to set your day on the right foot and in alignment with your values. This pratice is a seated pratice and will involve the use of Ujjayi Pranayama (you can refer to my guided tutorial if unsure) and Kapalabhati Pranayama, or skull-shining breath. This is a dynamic breathing technique that is clearing, energising and designed to set your day with a clean slate. Best listened to without headphones.
