Gently close your eyes.

Feel your breath.

Breathing in.

And moving out.

As you inhale.

Notice where your breath goes.

How it feels in your body.

And just watch the flow.

As the air moves in.

As the air moves out.

.

See if you can notice your body releasing tension on your exhales.

See if you can feel your shoulders relax just a bit more.

Try exploring a little curiosity as you breathe.

Just notice whatever is there for you.

There is no need to change anything.

Where you are right now is ok.

Continue to notice your breath for 3 more inhales and exhales.
