Powerful Chakra Healing And Reiki Share

Welcome to this meditation for healing and renewal.

Today we will journey together to balance our chakras,

Inviting a harmonious flow of energy throughout our bodies.

Along the way we will also engage in a powerful Reiki share,

Extending our healing intentions not only to ourselves but to all who need it most.

During this session you will experience a profound flow of energy as I continuously offer Reiki,

Whether you're joining live or watching later.

Simply set the intention to be open to receiving this healing energy for your highest good.

I will connect with you energetically,

Ensuring that anyone open to receiving this energy benefits for the highest good.

So let's begin this journey together,

Opening our hearts and minds to the healing power within and around us.

So take a moment to get comfortable.

You can either sit in a comfortable position or lie down,

Whatever you prefer and however you are the most comfortable.

And now close your eyes and take a few deep breaths,

Breathing in through your nose,

Right down into your belly and then exhale,

Letting go of all your tensions.

Then again take a deep breath in breathing in vitality and peace and breathing out any stress and any worries.

And now just one more time,

Breathe in deeply and then exhale completely,

Relaxing more and more.

Now let's visualize.

Imagine you're walking in a lush rainforest.

The air is fresh and cool,

Filled with the scent of wet earth and vibrant greenery.

You can hear the gentle rustling of leaves and the distant call of exotic birds.

A small river flows beside you.

It's water sparkling in the sunlight that filters through the dense canopy above.

And as you walk beside the riverbed,

You can feel the warmth of the sun-warmed pebbles beneath your bare feet,

Grounding you and connecting you to the earth.

And with each step you can hear the gentle crunch of the pebbles and feel their soothing warmth.

And as you walk along,

You feel a sense of peace and connection with nature.

The soothing sounds of the water and the vibrant life around you enhance your sense of tranquility and calm.

And as you follow the path,

You notice the small pebbles beneath your feet,

Changing to a vivid red color.

Feel the pebbles shift slightly and hear the crunching sound they make.

With each step,

You take further along the path.

The pebbles are a deep red color,

And you begin to feel a new energy coming up through the bottoms of your feet.

It is intense,

But also soothing and wonderful as it rises up through your feet,

Legs,

And into your root chakra near the base of your spine.

In this healing rainforest and on its path,

You begin to access powerful and pure Reiki healing energy like you've never experienced before.

This energy has the ability to tune into very closely and offer you new opportunities for your deepest healing.

And as this energy rises up into your root,

It accesses old wounds from your childhood,

Those you remember and those you do not.

This loving energy is working for you,

Releasing the pain you took on from those who were supposed to love you.

The energy offers you love,

Support,

And understanding.

You did nothing wrong.

You came in as the light,

And you are still the light.

So receive this blessing and healing and feel the changes take root in your first energy center.

Looking ahead,

You see that the pebbles are beginning to appear orange.

And as you continue on into the deep orange colored path,

You are able to feel the Reiki energy rise higher in your body.

It floods into your lower abdomen and bathes your creative center and reproductive organs.

You are filled with a vibration of vitality and creativity.

The energy sees you at your deepest levels and works to release all stagnation.

And you're set yourself free from any shame or guilt you've suffered once and for all.

If you're ready to release the pain and to become free,

Tell this energy now and accept this healing for your highest good.

And then take a deep breath in and prepare to move forward.

Still hearing the soft crunch of the pebbles with each step,

You see them changing gradually until the path is a bright yellow color.

And as the color grows more intense,

The Reiki energy rises up and fills your solar plexus.

It may feel like a circular flow as it balances and works to break up the blocks,

Keeping you from feeling confident in yourself.

You have denied yourself credit.

You rightfully deserve for many of your successes.

You have done a great deal and it is safe to feel healthy pride for what you have accomplished so far.

And also for what you have done to help in the lives of others.

You are now invited to see yourself with fairness and love.

And know that you will attain your goals.

So take this moment and allow the Reiki energy to empower you in healthy ways for success and confidence.

As it releases all blocks you have held here for far too long.

And as you walk further on the path,

You see that again it has changed.

The pebbles beneath you are gorgeous shade of green now.

And the healing energy rises further,

Filling you up and soaking into your heart,

Lungs and back.

These areas feel a bit neglected as you've been offering love and concern to other people and circumstances,

While often overlooking your own needs.

The Reiki energy reminds you of your own value and your own worthiness.

Love is who you are.

The frequency of love is your innate identity.

It is the very fabric of your being.

This memory,

This truth has faded from you.

And you have looked for worthiness outside of yourself.

So be still for a moment and invite the healing Reiki vibrations to release the walls that obstruct your feelings of self love.

You may say yes to knowing and feeling who you truly are.

A being of love,

Better able to accept love and better able to offer love.

Because this is the true language of your spirit.

And as you're completely filled with healing love of the purest frequency,

Seed blossom outward,

Emanating from your heart center.

And take a moment to share it with whomever you choose.

Your healing walk in the rainforest continues.

And you notice the pebbles on the path turn to a brilliant turquoise hue.

You can feel sensations in your throat and neck as the energy ascends to heal and restore it for your highest good.

You may feel a large area of slower moving energy in this area.

This represents what you've been holding back from expressing due to fears that have been holding on to you.

The Reiki energy begins addressing those fears and resonates back with your solar plexus and your new sense of self confidence.

As your throat communicates with your other chakras,

The fears of expressions are released.

You may feel the opening occurring in your throat now,

As you may sense more trust in your abilities to express yourself in healthier,

Compassionate ways.

Allow yourself now to let go of the requirement that others agree that you're right.

Further allowing the energy to release the tension in your neck,

Bringing deep relaxation as it offers feelings of confidence here as well.

Confidence you will have what you need and know what to do when the time calls for your action.

And as you walk further on the path,

Again,

You see that the color is changing.

With each step that you take,

A deep indigo color fills the pathway and the Reiki energy now moves into your head.

It envelops your eyes,

Your physical eyes and your spiritual eyes and the energy of your sixth chakra,

Your third eye.

Feel the flow here as it brings your frequency into resonance with seeing,

Hearing and knowing to extra sensory levels.

At this time,

You can invite an energetic attunement to further develop your perceptions on the psychic level,

Simply by your intention.

And you're asking for this to take place.

I will pause here quickly to allow this process to establish itself in alignment with your energy system.

And now,

When you're ready to step forward again,

You notice the pebbles are turning a vibrant violet shade.

And now the healing Reiki energy fills your entire physical body and your aura.

You may sense the top of your head feeling more open as you receive the energy into your crown chakra.

Allow yourself to be nourished in both the downward current of life force energy entering through your head,

And at the same time,

The upward balancing current entering through your feet.

Each current flowing through your energy system,

Throughout your physical body and aura,

And exiting out of your head and feet in a continual flow.

You are now suspended in perfect balance of opposite and balanced energy that makes every possible healing frequency available to you in every dimension.

In this current,

It's much easier to let go of everything that no longer serves your highest good.

You can decide in this moment to be the spiritual being that you are.

And remember yourself simply in the midst of having a human experience.

Now invite all energy outside of love and oneness to release into the two currents of energy flows.

See your energy system becoming brighter and clearer now,

As your higher authentic self unites with your human self,

Opening you up to more fully express the light of your highest being here on earth.

And now as you continue along this path,

The sound of the river grows louder.

You can hear the rush of water cascading down in the distance.

The path leads you to a magnificent waterfall,

And its water is sparkling in the sunlight,

Creating rainbows in the mist.

You step into the shallow river bed,

Feeling the cool,

Smooth pebbles beneath your feet.

And then you walk towards the waterfall.

The water is so refreshing.

And as you stand under the waterfall,

Feel the water washing over you,

Cleansing you of all tensions,

Ailments,

And of all negative energies.

The water is infused with healing Reiki energy,

Enhancing its cleansing properties.

Allow the water to wash away all that no longer serves you,

Cleansing your body,

Mind and spirit.

Feel the lightness and renewal as you stand under the waterfall,

Absorbing all its healing energies.

You then step out from beneath the waterfall into the warm sunlight.

Feel the rays of the sun gently drying your skin.

And as you bask in the sunlight,

You find yourself surrounded by a cocoon of radiant healing light.

This light envelops you,

Bringing a sense of peace and wholeness.

And now that you have deeply relaxed and connected to the healing energies of the forest and Reiki,

Let's move into a special Reiki share.

Imagine now that I hold one hand at your crown and another hand at your feet.

Your entire physical body,

Energy system,

And aura are between my hands,

Receiving Reiki in through the crown,

Flowing through the body,

And exiting out your feet.

The Reiki energy flows up through the bottoms of your feet,

Filling the cells of your body,

Resonating with your energy system's blueprint for life and health.

This energy continues to rise,

Bringing unification and balance to you on all levels of your being.

Feel yourself opening up to better sensing,

Seeing,

Hearing and knowing through both the physical and spiritual realms.

Remember,

You are always connected to the light.

Now,

With your heart full and energy balanced,

Let's extend this healing outwards.

Let's visualize a beautiful radiant light,

Expanding from your heart center,

Reaching out to connect with those who are not present but need healing the most.

This light travels through space and time,

Finding those who are in pain,

Those who are suffering,

And those who feel lost and alone.

Imagine this light wrapping around them like a warm,

Comforting blanket,

Filling them with love,

Peace,

And healing energy.

You are a conduit for this healing energy,

Allowing it to flow freely from you to them,

With the intention that they receive it for their highest good.

Then picture this radiant light continuing to grow,

Connecting with the collective consciousness of humanity.

See it touching every corner of the world,

Bringing healing and unity.

Feel the powerful energy of compassion,

Love and healing spreading across the earth,

Creating a web of light that connects us all.

And know that your intention and energy contribute to the collective well-being,

Helping to raise the vibration of the entire planet.

And as this healing energy continues to flow,

Know that it will keep working for as long as necessary to restore health and vitality,

Physically,

Mentally,

Emotionally and spiritually.

So now,

When you're ready,

Bring all of this experience back to the present time,

Back to this present space,

By bringing your attention to your eyes,

Slowly opening them and returning,

Taking time to fully come back and integrate.
