This practice is 30 minutes of completely original music created specifically for your focus during meditation.

Please find a comfortable seated position where there is little to no distraction from the physical body.

Then move your focus to the breath for a few minutes to find that calm,

Quiet and balanced breath through the nose that we associate with meditation.

Eventually allowing your mind to wander to the intricacies and different elements of the music that you hear.

Let this be your anchor for when the mind wanders and thoughts break their way into your attention.

As you return your focus to the music,

Eventually it will fade and become quiet once more.

Feel free to stay for as long as you choose.
