Welcome to this Theta Healing Meditation.
To start,
Please find a comfortable place either to sit or lie on,
Making sure that your body is comfortable and warm so that we can start with this meditation where we will use the presence of the violet light.
So we're going to start relaxing consciously the whole body.
Take a deep breath in through the nose,
Take your breath and your attention to the skull,
The head,
The forehead.
And as you exhale release and melt these parts of your body down into the earth.
Every time you inhale,
Imagine,
Visualize the breath coming into your brain and allow the brain to open as if it was a fist and it opens like an open hand,
Releasing any tension and its weight all the way down into the earth.
Taking your attention to your face,
All the muscles around your eyebrows,
Your eyes,
Your cheeks.
And every exhale releases the weight of your face and your skull even deeper into the neck and the shoulders and the ground.
Taking the attention to the ears,
The jaw,
The teeth,
The gums and allow all the areas that you bring your attention to to release any tension.
Going to the back of the neck,
The throat,
The neck,
The cervical spines,
The trapezium muscle,
The shoulders.
And allow all of these muscles and bones and tissues to open up and soften deeper into the ground.
Allowing your shoulder blades,
Your chest,
Your shoulders and upper arms to relax,
To give their weight down into the ground.
Allowing your elbows,
Your wrists,
Hands and fingers to relax,
To weight down.
Feeling all of your chest and your ribs,
Your lungs and your heart,
The front,
The back and the sides.
Just soften and release any tension down.
Feeling into the diaphragm muscle,
This parachute-like muscle,
The bottom of your ribs.
And as you exhale,
Imagine and visualize it releasing any tension down into the ground.
Allowing all of your organs,
The muscles and the bones of your whole torso to release any tension,
Any exhaustion as well,
Any tiredness,
Any overworking in your organs and muscles and bones.
Just melt and release down to the ground,
The earth.
Feeling your sitting bones,
Your sacrum,
Your hips,
All of the organs in your hip ball.
Release any tension,
Any exhaustion or tiredness down into the earth.
Allowing the thighs,
The buttocks,
The back of the thighs to release,
The femur bone,
The knees.
Allowing the calves,
Ankles,
Feet and toes,
All the tissues of your body melting down into the earth.
From this space you're going to imagine,
To visualize a golden light sparkling on in the center of your chest.
So visualize this golden light turning on in the center of your chest.
And observe and visualize this golden light moving and dancing,
Expanding and contracting with your breath.
Try to visualize and feel it at the same time.
We're going to allow this golden light to start dripping,
Dropping and melting from the heart center all the way down to the hips,
To the legs and through every part of our body that's touching the surface.
We're going to allow it to keep melting and dripping and dropping down in direction to the core,
The center of the earth.
So you're going to visualize it coming down from the surface that you're on into the floor of the space that you're in,
Going through the floor into the foundations and all the way down to the first layer of just earth and roots and stones.
So visualize,
Sense,
Feel this energy,
Golden energy dripping,
Melting all the way down to this thick wide layer of earth.
And observe it trickling even further down,
Passing through layers of stone,
Sand and water,
Through minerals,
All the layers coming closer to the core,
The center of the earth,
Coming closer to the heat,
The gases and resting on the center of the earth.
Take a moment here to sense,
To feel what does it feel to be connected to the center of the earth for you today.
Relax your jaw,
Relax your face and feel this golden light connected all the way down to the center of the earth.
Let's take a moment here to just give gratitude to our Earth Mother,
To give to her our love,
Our blessings,
Our gratitude.
And we're going to ask our Earth Mother to feel this golden channel of energy and light with her energy,
So that we can go to the highest plane of creation.
Visualize,
Feel this golden light now becoming the earth energy color,
Might be blue or red ruby or both of them together.
And visualize this energy coming up from the core,
The center of the earth,
Now painted with the earth energy color,
Coming up through the core,
The hot gases,
The heat,
Painting everything around it with this earth energy color,
Coming higher,
All the layers of minerals and water,
Through sand and stones,
Coming up through this thick layer of earth,
Coming higher,
Closer to where you are in this moment,
Allowing this earth energy color to paint the nature,
The city,
Whatever surrounds where you are at with this earth energy color,
Coming up to the foundations of where you're at,
All the way up to the floor,
Painting the walls,
The doors,
Coming in through the soles of your feet,
Painting your toes and your feet,
Your heels with this energy color,
Earth energy color,
Coming all the way up through the shins and the calves,
Into the knees,
Coming up to the thighs and allowing for a moment this earth energy to rest on your hips.
And we're going to allow this earth energy color to just clean,
Clear,
Expand and activate our chakras,
Starting with our first chakra in the perineum,
Allowing this earth energy to clean,
To clear this chakra,
To energize it,
Rotating it perfectly to the right,
Allowing this earth energy to come into our second chakra,
Allowing it to clean,
To clear,
To expand and rotate perfectly this chakra to the right,
Allowing this earth energy to come up through all our organs,
Intestines,
Into the solar plexus or the mouth of the stomach,
Allowing this earth energy to clean,
To clear,
To expand and energize this chakra,
Rotating it perfectly to the right,
Allowing this earth energy to come up through our lungs and our heart,
To the heart center,
The heart chakra,
Allowing this energy to clean,
To clear,
To expand and energize this chakra,
Rotating it perfectly to the right,
Coming all the way up to our throats,
All the way up to our asana or the chakra in the middle of our head,
Rotating it,
Expanding it perfectly to the right,
Coming to the crown of the head,
Rotating,
Expanding,
Clearing,
Cleaning this chakra,
Rotating it perfectly to the right,
And go with this earth energy with your intention around 12 centimeters above the crown of the head.
From this space just visualize,
Sense,
Feel your whole body vibrating with this earth energy color,
Your energy field,
Your bones and cells.
We're going to allow this earth energy to shoot up to the highest plane of creation.
So visualize it going really high up,
Leaving the roof if you're inside,
Going high into the sky,
Being able to see the space that you're in,
The city,
The town,
The nature around you from high above,
Passing birds and clouds at a really high speed,
Going higher and higher into the atmosphere,
Being able to observe the land and the seas,
The oceans of the earth from high above,
Crossing the earth's atmosphere and still going higher and higher and further away.
Allow this earth energy to guide you further away,
Passing other galaxies,
Other systems,
Further away to what seems to be the very edge of the ever-expanding universe and still further away.
Crossing a space of shadow light,
Shadow light,
Still going higher,
Crossing a beautiful space of golden light and still going higher,
Starting to cross the colors of the rainbow,
So going into the red and through the red,
Into the orange all the way through,
Into the yellow and all the way through,
Into the green and all the way through,
Into the blue and all the way through,
Into the violet color and all the way through and still going higher and higher.
You're going to imagine or say visualize either a tunnel or a window or a door,
Going to cross this window or tunnel or door and find yourself in a space of only purely white light.
You can mentally repeat by divine right I deserve to be in the light,
In this moment I am light.
Just melt in this purely pearly white light,
Merging in this energy of the creator of all that is,
From this space we're going to ask the creator of all that is to show us in all levels of perception in all dimensions the definition from the creator of all that is of oneness.
So that we can lovingly treat others and ourselves through this knowing of oneness,
Through this sense of unity,
What we do to ourselves we do to others,
What we do to others we do to ourselves.
Creator of all that is,
We ask you to show us the definition of oneness in all levels,
In all timelines.
Creator of all that is,
We ask you to show us the definition of loving,
Fulfilling,
Supportive relationships,
From the sense of oneness,
Of unity,
Of embracing all,
Asking the creator of all that is,
We ask you to show us the definition of love from your perspective.

Show us,
It is done,
It is done,
It is done.
So from this space of oneness,
Of purely white light,
We're going to start to imagine,
Sense and visualize how this white energy becomes a violet color,
And as you take a deep inhale you're bringing all of this violet energy into the present moment,
Wherever you're sitting or lying down in.
Now in this violet energy to come to the center of your body,
Through your spine,
And visualizing like tornadoes of pink light cleaning and clearing the space all around you,
From any energy of high or low vibration that's not vibrating in the essence of unconditional love,
Sending these energies to the highest plane of creation.
Also filling this,
Your space,
The space that you're in,
With unconditional love and light.
Just allowing these pink tornadoes to keep cleaning,
Cleansing,
Clearing the spaces with unconditional love.
Also you can allow it to clean your space,
Just filling any leaks or empty spaces with unconditional love from the Creator of all that is.
Just allowing these beautiful pink tornadoes to keep doing their thing,
Keep cleaning and clearing and filling the space with unconditional love from the Creator.
We're going to come back to this violet light,
Filling your whole body,
And allowing this violet light kind of to branch out into all of your relationships.
Your relationship with other human beings,
With animals,
With plants,
With the space that you're in,
Or the space that you live,
Space where you are seated in,
The nature,
The trees,
The land that holds you.
And allow this violet light to expand and branch out to all of your relationships,
Allowing it to feel this connection with others,
With its own information.
Maybe you know what the violet light is bringing to the relationships,
Maybe you don't and that's fine.
Just allowing this light to flow from the center of your body into all relationships,
With the animals,
Wild animals that surround you,
With the nature,
The land,
The people,
The elements.
Visualize,
Sense,
Feel yourself walking in your daily life,
Doing your regular,
Regular habitual things from this space of reverence to every being,
Every relationship.
Just observe what comes up for you.
If anything comes up,
You might just be observing yourself walking with this violet light or you just might be feeling your breath.
Observe what comes up as you visualize your habitual routine,
Moving from this energy of reverence to all beings,
Allowing this violet light to kind of bring up your truth,
Your true values,
The truthness of who you are from this space,
Your connection with all beings.
Feel again your body in the space that you're sitting or lying down on,
Filled with this golden light,
With the information of this violet light,
With some golden strings.
Allow this energy to go to your back body,
To the nervous system,
Your heart center,
Just allowing yourself to be you.
All of these loving,
Supportive relationships,
Connections,
This feeling of,
This knowing of what we do to ourselves,
We do to others and what we do to others,
We do to ourselves.
Kind of this cycle of giving and receiving,
Coming from your authenticity,
From you really being and honoring who you are,
Expressing who you are.
It feels as if we're really rooting down this violet vibration with threads of golden light,
Into our lives,
Into our relationships,
Into the earth that holds us in this moment.
Allowing this violet information energy to spread in all levels,
In all dimensions,
In all timelines,
To really integrate into your body in this present moment.
Observing any sensations,
Feelings or thoughts that might be coming up for you.
From this space,
Sending love and blessings to all animals,
All of nature,
To all beings.
May we all be safe,
Fed,
Clean water,
With safe homes,
Just vibrating from this violet essence,
This core desire for the well-being of all beings.
We're going to allow these tornadoes of pink light start moving all around us,
Even around our body,
Sealing the space,
Sealing the information,
Sending anything that needs to go to the highest plane of creation to go there.
Asking creator of all that is,
To wash us down with the golden light,
So that we can all return to our own energy field and to wash down and integrate this information rooted down into the souls of our feet and our being.

Sense and feel whole body being washed,
Kind of under a waterfall of golden light,
Washing all of this information down deep into your roots,
Your souls of the feet,
Legs,
Washing all the space around you,
All the timelines and dimensions,

Rooting into your own energy space,
Energetic field,
All of us going back into our own space and energy.
We're going to take four deep breaths,
Inhale through the nose,
Really deep,
Exhale through the mouth.
We'll do four more,
Three more,
Two more,
One,
Take one more deep inhale,
Take a deep exhale,
Start wiggling your toes and your fingers and your hands,
Stretching and moving any way you want,
And when you are ready,
We can open again our eyes and come back to this space.
