This crystal will be used for your intentional manifestation in the visualization practice.
Please be laying down for this practice.
I will be guiding you on a visualization.
Feel free to place your crystal on your body,
Maybe your heart,
Your forehead,
Or in a pocket.
And if you're visualizing it,
Bring your crystal to mind and let that hover above you.
Before we go into the visualization,
There's one thing I need from you.
We're going to be using this crystal to do some magical manifestation work and allowing an intention or goal to come to life.
Take a moment to set an intention,
Something that you want.
It could be an emotion you desire to feel.
It could be the creation of something in your life,
Maybe something physical or some soul growth you wish to experience,
Possibly healing.
Let your intention come to mind and place that into your crystal.
Simply by having it near you,
Bringing your intention to mind,
It will transfuse into the crystal.
To do this,
Set your intention and infuse it into your crystal now.

Let's begin our practice.
Visualize,
Sense,
Or feel this journey.
Let's begin walking through a forest,
Noticing lush green and vibrant colors in nature.
You come up to an opening in a meadow.
In this meadow,
There's a lovely glistening lake,
A stream,
A crystalline stream of water,
Beautiful grass,
A flower patch,
A pool of mud,
And a tree.
Choose which spot looks most comforting for you to lie down in.
Now where you are,
Laying down and relaxing,
Things begin to move slower and slower.
Thoughts,
Emotions,
Your senses,
All begin to slow down.
Everything is so simple,
So pure.
Now is a safe and wonderful time for you to release,
Allowing the removal of negativity and impurity to take place.
Release it into the beautiful environment around you.
It welcomes it,
It takes any resistance you have to your intention and recycles it into beautiful nature.
It feeds the earth and mother nature.
It nourishes it.
Let your resistance melt off of you now.
Now,
Feeling cleansed,
Pull out your intention crystal.
Hold it in your hands over your heart and place it there.
See your intention come to life.
How does it feel as a reality?
Live that intention.
Be there now.
As though it already exists.

Leaving the meadow and the forest.
