Grounding down in self-love on the twin flame journey or a reunion this is absolutely paramount there is nothing more important to heal to peel back the layers of conditioning to unlearn and relearn how to love yourself is key it is not something we can do in one day or in a self-care practice it is a commitment to oneself so that ultimately we can hold the naked heart energy within our being the energy you were born with in that beautiful pristine heart of yours so peel back deprogram let go and make a commitment to yourself to honor yourself to love yourself deeply with reference with grace with knowledge that when you get to that naked heart all is clear it's a beautiful journey and only one we can take from the inside true self-love and knowing you have everything you need within your heart is the key and life then begins
