Radiant yellow sphere of light glowing in your solar plexus now.
It's so bright.
This light is vibrant like the sun,
Pulses with energy.
See it glowing brighter with every breath.
Stronger,
More powerful.
The power always resides in us,
Seated at your core,
Waiting.
It will sit dormant until you need it and when you do,
It will radiate out into the world releasing all doubts and fears.
Take a deep breath in and state out loud,
I activate the solar plexus within me.
I draw in confidence,
Courage,
And strength.
And place your hands just above your navel,
Filling your body with warmth,
Sunlight.
And with every exhale,
Let go of any limiting beliefs.
This golden energy is filling you up all the way,
Cell to cell,
And radiating out.
You are now glowing like the sun,
Radiating a sense of empowerment and self-assurance.

I know I am.
Ready to shine brightly whenever you need it.
It is always there.
