This 38-minute sleep meditation is a gentle passage into dreamtime, carrying you along a moonlit trail where breath moves like mist and the earth beats in rhythm with your heart. You’ll encounter the stillness of a stag, the soft murmur of a river, and the hush of a meadow dissolving into silence. With spacious pauses and soothing repetition, this journey nourishes the nervous system and guides you into the deepest rest.
