This future self is your highest self,

Successful,
Grounded,
Best self.
I'd like you to liberate yourself from any limiting beliefs you may have around what you can achieve and who you can be.
Deeply submit to whatever your subconscious reveals to you.
Let's begin.
With every exhale,
Soften more and more.
With every exhale,
Releasing deeper and deeper layers of tension.
Now bring your attention to your heart.
Imagine a light there.
What color is it?
The light extends out of your body into the room and beyond.
This light is going to beam you into your future 20 years from now.
How old will you be?
Take a deep breath and allow the beam to take you into the future 20 years from now.
You land outside of the property of your future home.
What does it look like?
Get a sense of this place.
Where is it?
What is surrounding the home?
Perhaps a garden or a bustling street?
What is the feeling here?
You walk to the front door.
What does the front door look like?
You are about to meet your future self.
This is the highest,
Best version of you.
They have achieved a lot and are incredibly loving and centered.
Knock on the door.
Your future self opens the door.
What do they look like?
Notice how this person stands.
What is this person wearing?
Get a sense of this person's essence.
Greet your future self and notice how they greet you back.
They take you inside.
Take a good look around.
This is your house after all.
Notice the inside of your future home.
What feels this home?
What kind of person lives here?
Does anyone else live in this house?
If so,
Who?
Now move with your future self to a restful place for a conversation.
Settle in and make yourself comfortable for a talk with your future self.
Begin by saying,
Tell me about your life now.
What do you love about your life?
Take a moment to hear their answer.

Now ask your future self,
What do I need to know to get me from where I am now to where you are?
Listen to what your future self has to tell you.

Ask your future self any burning questions or just sit with them and relax.

Ask your future self to tell you what is vital for you to remember when you're feeling low,
Stuck or lost.

Find your way back to the beam of light.
Take a few deep breaths and when I count to three,
The beam will take you back into your current reality,
Back into your current laying or seated position.
