So let's just get started with a few deep breaths.
Just beginning to let your eyes close.
And just really letting yourself arrive in this here and now moment.
Just finding some clearing breaths here.
Big inhale in the nose.
Open the mouth,
Sigh it out.
I'm just taking a few more big clearing breaths like that.
Allowing yourself to settle into this space.
Even though it's the morning time,
Usually our mind is already going.
So just giving these next few breaths.
Giving your mind the space to arrive here with your body.
Wherever you might be located.
Bringing your breath,
Your body and your mind all together here in this moment.
And then to start this morning,
We're going to do a little bit of alternate nostril breathing.
So you can let your eyes stay closed or you can open them to see if you need to,
The placement of your hand.
So we're going to be using your non-dominant hand.
So take whatever hand that is for you.
We're going to use the thumb to close either finger.
One finger to close the left side.
You could have the pointer finger and the middle finger on your third eye.
And then your next finger to close the right.
So we're going to be alternating.
So as you're ready,
Close the left,
Take a breath in the right.
Close the right,
Open the left,
Exhale.
Inhale left.
Exhale right.
Inhale right.
Exhale left.
Inhale left.
Exhale right.
And just continue this pattern at your own pace here for a little bit.
Just letting all your focus be on the breath.
Remaining present with your breath.
Allowing it to bring balance into your body,
Into your mind.
A few more rounds here.
As you're ready,
Letting yourself finish on the right side.
With a big exhale.
You can release the hand.
You can release the hand.
And just coming back to your normal breathing here.
Maybe a few shoulder rolls or shrugs just to relax them down the back.
And just noticing your body.
Seeing how the energy of your body feels in this moment.
In this moment.
When we come into meditation,
It allows our vibration to rise.
Allows us to become one with who we really are.
A part of us that is eternal,
Blissful.
Allowing.
So as you find yourself here in this space.
Just allowing the goodness of who you are to come into your being.
Into your awareness.
Pure positive energy that is who you really are.
Letting yourself align with that.
And feeling that it's not just you sitting alone in your room or in your house or wherever you may be.
That it's the energy of all of us here together.
All of us here on this call focused in.
And all of us here together on earth.
Maybe just letting yourself play around with that idea for a bit.
That it is you and your individual experience.
And yet it's also all of us.
All one.
Knowing that whenever you take time to center yourself and allow that vibration to rise.
That it has ripples far greater than you might realize.
Effects of people you interact with.
Those you're close with.
Those you may not even know.
Allowing yourself to relax.
The vibration to rise.
It's one of the most compassionate things you can do for yourself and for our world.
So just feeling the greatness,
The magnificence of just this moment.
Letting yourself relax and rise.
How big and important it really is.
How this is actually productive.
By just being.
Connected with the being that is you.
The source of all life.
A reminder that we're human beings.
We're not doings or doers.
We're beings.
Channelers.
Tuners.
Just let yourself take the next few moments to just notice your vibration,
Your energy.
As you notice,
Perhaps finding a sense of deep appreciation for this life.
Taking a few deep breaths.
Just allowing a sense of grounding to come over you.
Feeling your body.
Feeling the support beneath your body.
And just becoming aware of the energy field that surrounds your body.
Just letting yourself be aware of that.
And just becoming aware of the energy field that surrounds your body.
As you feel that sense of grounding,
As well as connection to your energy centers or your aura.
Maybe just play around with expanding that energy field.
Maybe letting it grow as large as the room or the container you're in.
Maybe letting it just stay close to your body and nourish you.
Maybe letting it expand further.
As far as you'd like it to go.
Or as close as you'd like it to stay.
Feeling yourself here in this space.
Feeling the power of your focus.
Able to witness,
Play with your own energy.
Take a few more breaths.
