Give yourself some time to find a space where you are most comfortable,

Where you can be warm,

Be cozy,

Be in a space where you can relax and connect.

You're welcome to move as much as you like or be as still as much as you like,

But wherever you are,

Allow yourself to breathe and to connect.

Connect with yourself,

Connect with the sounds of the bowls,

And as much as you allow yourself to be open,

That openness allows the bowls to get in and do their work.

Once you find that comfortable space,

That comfortable seat or lying down,

Taking a moment to breathe,

Taking a full deep breath in and a big sigh out,

Allowing anything that might have joined you this morning to finish whatever it needs to before moving off on its own.

Allowing your breath to find a slow,

Steady pace of just for a moment,

Allowing your body to find a little bit of stillness.

Some time for you to feel the natural vibrations that are inside your body.
